This place used to be awesome, but it has gone downhill bad. It took forever to just get the most mid tacos, chips were awful and I'm pretty sure the green sauce made my stomach upset, been burping that taste all day. Gross. This wonderful experience costed me almost $20. Won't give this place another chance to rob me.

On Sunday Oct 12, 25 around 3pm we placed our orders, a cheeseburger meal and the Al Pastor taco combo meal at the Billy Hext location. The meat was dried out. Also on many occasions the tortilla chips at their self serve is constantly over fried or they keep refrying the left over chips. My biggest and most disgusting complaint is the woman who brought our food to us. When we were done with our meal I went to the bathroom and had to wait as both stalls were occupied. The woman who came out of the stall was none other than the woman who brought our food to us. She walked out of the stall, left and DID NOT WASH HER HANDS. We will No Longer go there and I have a good mind to call the Health Dept.

Food was hot; fresh and delicious. The staff was vary attentive and efficient. The manager, Larry, checked with us, and every customer to make sure that we were satisfied with our dining experience. He was easy to talk to and very informative about the menu items.

In the years I have been going to Super Pollo, this has been the worst. Way over cooked and dried out ribs.Before it became a fast food restaurant I enjoyed going there. Now not so much. The quality of the food has slowly declined. Sad when the best food was the churro brand and pickled onions. I will probably not go there no more.This was delivered by Door Dash.

The chicken tasted old and the rice was undercooked and cold, couldn’t eat the beans because of the amount of grease in them. Waited in drive through before going in because drive was not answered
