Where to start!! Stopped on the way to Lubbock biggest mistake ever!!! Went thru the drive thru and repeated my order 3-4 times. We got our food I had ordered 2 cheese burger plain, got them they had mustard and ketchup also told them my two side that came with my other meal was missing . I told the lady at the window sent it back both came back really burnt with the ketchup and mustard still on them. I asked for a side of grated cheese got queso but let that slide and kept it. At this point I was over it, we had been at the window about 25 minutes. I asked for a refund for the burgers, another lady came and was speaking English she started speaking Spanish im not fluent in Spanish I told her I don’t speak Spanish cause I can’t hold a conversation in Spanish. She told me she would call the cops told her go for it I did nothing but want the food I PAID for and want the food I ordered and paid for the way we wanted. So told hi for call them!! Told me I was a white Mexican so I told her we were in America and maybe she should speak English or go back to window! She gave me a $20 I still was missing half of my food, she left me at the window and didn’t come back. I went in and demanded my money back. A man came out told me I was a bad person and pointed to the customers in line and said those good people those good people and then told me to stay quiet I told him no I want my money and I would leave as o didn’t want the food now. He proceeded to tell me that I probably didn’t work and I really don’t know if I do or don’t work that is any of his problem, but let me assure you I do work. Also told me to not come back which I gladly will never return! Just cause I’m Hispanic does not mean I HAVE to speak Spanish!! I’m in America born and raised.

Now I see why my rice was falling out of the container (pictured bellow) it was in. Are yall running out if containers? Bad enough, the rice was overcooked and was hard. Yall quality hitting rock bottom? I drove 40 mins for this? Never again.

I went to grab a quick Lunch yesterday, I was the Only customer in the restaurant, After 20 minutes of waiting they came to look at my receipt, apparently they completely forgot to put my order in.I don't know how that even happens if i'm the only customer in the restaurant.And still had to wait another twenty minutes to get my food, And when its finally ready one of the waitresses Runs by and and puts it down on the corner of the table and says nothing.The worst service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. It's too bad because me and my family go there often And have always had a good experience.

Ordered 1/2 chicken and 1/2 'brisket'Chicken was old and re heated forsure.Brisket looked like it's been there for a few days didn't even look like brisket anymore.Alot of flys flying around.Ordered a baked potato and it was cold in the inside.Food was bad.Customer service was decent.
I got a turkey leg from there and it was so damn cold like really?? Don’t y’all check before giving your food to the customers?

Usually we love going to hear their quesadillas are amazing Don't know if they all just had a bad night or what was going on drive-thru took around 35 minutes to get through and then when we got our food it was very sloppily put together.
