If I had a choice I would have give 0 stars. I ordered 8 ounce Ribeye that came with a side and salad bar. As you can see by the picture I included itvwas over half fat. I ask to speak to speak with the manager and another waitress came over and I showed her all the fat and she said she would see what she could do about it. I stated I would not pay 21.99 for a plate of fat. Finally she said they would take it off my bill. When we got to pay out I was charged 14.99 for a one trip salad bar and tea. I feel this situation was not handled in a very customer friendly way. I paid cash because they wanted to charge 3 % to use credit and I ask for a receipt and she said we do not give a receipt if payment is made in cash. The only reason I can see this is cash can not be traced and I’m sure they do not report cash sales. This whole experience could have been handled in a whole different manner. I will never do business here again. Just beware of the type food they serve and customer service is no where to be found.

I ordered online for food to be picked up. I’m still waiting on my food which was 50 minutes ago. The young kids at the pick up window aren’t at all helpful. Won’t be back for awhile. BTW I’m still waiting

The salad bar is fantastic as is the service, a friendly down home feel. But my husband and I ordered 8 oz ribeye steaks, I had a loaded baked potato. Rolls and salad bar and a Dr Pepper. He had some asparagus and salad bar with his with iced tea. Our steaks were flavorful enough, but very tough and chewy. We tried to finish them and although we did our best, we both had a little left and took it with us back to our Hotel. We are Texans, who are transplanted to the East Mountians of NM. Miss Texas people and was a good trip, but for a sad reason. A family funeral. Otherwise it was good food and a nice place to have a meal and visit with our loved ones! Thanks!

Was passing through and opted to give this place a try. First of all the salad bar was magnificent, plenty of options and fresh. I got the steak medium rare and it was cooked to perfection and seasoned well. The fully loaded baked potato was just amazing. My biggest complaint is that it's in New Mexico and I'm in Alabama. It's going to take awhile to get over the disappointment of not being able to go there whenever I want.
Very welcoming staff. Food was great. I will definitely be going back.

I just had the best meal I've had in a restaurant, since I can't remember, at Western Grill Steak House in Andrews, TX! The salad bar was the freshest, and had the best selection of any restaurant I've ever been to in my 65 years. Their mashed potatoes and gravy were fantastic! The chicken fried steak stood out because it wasn't over breaded, as most restaurants prepare it. Even the tea was great. Definitely a 10 in my book! I'm in town just for the night for a job and hope my job brings me back this way soon so I can go back here to eat!! Jeff Liberty, Texas
