Absolute fire place to eat in Andrews, it's really not all that expensive and food comes with a daily buffet and a very well stocked and delicious salad bar. The steak was very very good. That's a T-Bone

Waited over an hour for our food and it still never came. Watched people who came in after us be served and leave. Paid for the drinks and left. Everyone else’s food smelled great. Probably wont be back.

Disorganized. Servers have no idea their table map, all night having waitresses wandering around asking every tables who order what looking confused. No food after an hour so we walked out. And some other tables walked out as well and the servers don’t seem to care, “it’s ok” they said.

Why does a wait staff ask ,how do I want my steak , I always order it rare without butter , incomes back rare with butter , so what do I have to do to get the Cook to understand?????

If I had a choice I would have give 0 stars. I ordered 8 ounce Ribeye that came with a side and salad bar. As you can see by the picture I included itvwas over half fat. I ask to speak to speak with the manager and another waitress came over and I showed her all the fat and she said she would see what she could do about it. I stated I would not pay 21.99 for a plate of fat. Finally she said they would take it off my bill. When we got to pay out I was charged 14.99 for a one trip salad bar and tea. I feel this situation was not handled in a very customer friendly way. I paid cash because they wanted to charge 3 % to use credit and I ask for a receipt and she said we do not give a receipt if payment is made in cash. The only reason I can see this is cash can not be traced and I’m sure they do not report cash sales. This whole experience could have been handled in a whole different manner. I will never do business here again. Just beware of the type food they serve and customer service is no where to be found.
