Waited 45 minutes for 1 chicken sandwich. Call ahead, as dining in or taking out without calling ahead is not an option. The food is good, but the young man behind the counter, although apologetic, seemed very nonchalant about it taking that long, which tells me this is their standard. Pretty ridiculous for a "fast food" chain. Regardless, as long as you call in ahead of time, you will be fine.
The frys we're bad. I've never had old frys at a wingstop but they were old and I didn't order seasoned frys but thats what they gave me. The saucy chicken tenders were great though and totally made up for the frys
Ordered online with mobile app. Scheduled pick up for 5pm. (24pc Family Pack). Arrived at about 5:05. Parking was unavailable due to it being rush hour and clearly because it’s only been open for a day or two. Straight to the front of the online order line to sign for my order. Then was politely asked to wait for my order. Was called for my order and left the building by 5:14.My order was correct. The service was great and quick. The store itself was spacious.
