Went here for the third time.. everything was fine.. The Woman upfront was moody.. I get it . Fast food jobs can be grueling, I have worked in the industry at one point myself.Doesn't matter how horrible the shift may be you put on the plastic smile and fake till the end of the day..

I drove all the way from Sherman to Anna for a Carls Jr burger. I ended up getting a chicken club because the girl couldn't figure out what I wanted in a burger. I told them "NO TOMATO, I am allergic to them". Its on the receipt as no tomato, they made me pull up to the trash can to wait for my order, got all the way back to Sherman and couldn't eat the Chicken sandwich because there was a TOMATO on it!!!! Thanks Carls Jr, my left overs in the fridge were what I got to eat! I wish people would learn how to read and follow directions.
They didn't have a cook and I was asked to come back in 20 minutes. We did and didn't mind this at all the food was worth it. What I couldn't get over was the additude the manager had with us the whole time without reason. But no matter we got through the transaction and got our food. When we got home qe looked in the bag and we we're 2 frys short. My kids meal was just thrown in the bag with the rest of the food. No kids bag, no toy or anything that said it's a kids meal. She didn't even try. If your going to have an additude at least do your job right. Again we had to make our way back.to the restaurant. I was really disappointed with our visit. I love this place I hope it gets better.
