I walked into Chick-fil-A at 11:02 AM on a Tuesday and was immediately greeted with the kind of warmth you usually only get from a grandmother who’s had three espressos and a direct command from the Lord. The cashier looked me straight in the soul, called me “sir,” and somehow healed my seasonal depression with just one “My pleasure.”

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and a lemonade. When my food arrived, I swear the bag glowed faintly, like it had been assembled by a coalition of angels who took culinary classes at Hogwarts. I bit into that sandwich and blacked out. When I came to, I was speaking fluent Aramaic, and the manager was baptizing me in Polynesian sauce.

The fries? Waffle-shaped golden grids of salvation. Each one a crunchy, salty reminder that geometry can be delicious. The lemonade tasted like they hired a team of cherubs to hand-squeeze lemons while softly singing “Sweet Home Alabama.”

And the service—don’t get me started. One employee saw me struggling to open ketchup, and without hesitation, he sprinted from behind the counter like an Olympic athlete, opened it for me, bowed, and whispered, “My pleasure.” Another employee walked by, saw I dropped a napkin, and replaced it with a folded origami swan holding a mint.

By the time I left, I had three new pen pals, a moral compass pointing due north, and a coupon for a free sandwich that I’m 98% sure was signed by God Himself.

Would I recommend Chick-fil-A? Only if you’re ready to have your life reordered, your taste buds sanctified, and your concept of “fast food” rewritten. 11/10

Always have their game face on . I have been getting the chick filet sandwich for over 30 years and it has been consistently good that whole time. Taste the same as the 1st one I ever ate. Service is always top notch there. Other fast food places should try to emulate chick filet . They can't or don't and it shows.

I normally love chick-fil-a, but have had not-so-great experiences at this location. One was a while back, we made a very large order late one night with family in town, went to pick up order and brought it home, there were tons of items missing and some items made incorrectly which I’ve never experienced at chick-fil-a before. I called the location and didn’t get an answer (thought maybe it was because it was close to closing time) and honestly forgot to call back as we were going out of town and it was chaotic, but we continued to use this location being close to Melissa and I’ve worked in fast food when I was younger and know things happen sometimes. Today I made a breakfast order at 10 am and my daughter and I headed over. Didn’t realize one of the main roads in Melissa was closed today and traffic was insane. By the time I got to a place to turn around, I had 7 min to make it to chick-fil-a for breakfast - the app said they would start making the food when I was “closer”. Got very close at 10:30 am, and the app recognized I was there and told me to scan the barcode to show I was in the pickup line. When I got there to scan it was 10:34 am and I scanned, app told me to pull forward which I did, then I got a notification that my order was cancelled as it was past breakfast time. I’m stuck in the line, and I still don’t know if they made my order prior to 10:30 am because I was “closer” and I still showed the charge on my credit card. I sat for a long while waiting to talk to someone since I was stuck in the line, but had to call the store. Someone did answer and confirmed the app would cancel the order if 10:30 was reached. And she said she didn’t see the order at all. This may be a corporate issue, there was no notification that the order would cancel if not arriving before 10:30 am, it shouldn’t have allowed me to scan the app and shouldn’t have told me to pull forward. Didn’t know another way to share feedback that could create change other than here. Hopefully it will get better for others

Not what I was expecting in a chic fil a franchise. First of all I wasn’t greeted secondly a employee was standing on the front where orders are to be prepared twisting another associates hair she
retwisted about 3 braids no be with you momentarily or anything when she was done she went back to putting condiments etc in bags I had to ask her was she gonna wash her hands that’s not a question I should’ve had to ask for one the work place isn’t the place to be plating someone hair that’s something that shouldn’t have taken place in the work area and needs to be addressed as well as greeting customers not pleased at all I do have photos to back up the employee standing there retwisting hair in the work area as well as I’m sure if you run video back you’ll see this unacceptable behavior as well

This place was hopping! Literally buses full of people were out the door in line. But, that staff was scrambling and cleaning up and taking care of the crowd with a smile...like pros...and they all looked to be about 16 or 17 years old ..really impressed.

They were very helpful to us. The food was tasty, hot and hit the spot.

Good job y'all!

Sierra at the drive thru just stares at you instead of asking questions, like she's annoyed to be taking your order and we are an inconvenienced to her.

2nd time salad sucked! My fault for not checking, unbelievable! The drive thru is very slow. CHECK your salads Everytime I buy one it's either half full or old lettuce. The manager will fix it but why do we have to wait when it should be fresh and not half full when bought.

Our favorite TexMex place for area. Quesadillas, Carne Asada, enchiladas and Margaritas always the best. Busy on the weekends. Outside seating and play area for kids.
