Food is hot and environment is always clean. The best CFA in North Texas. Hunter is a next level CFA Owner/Operator. He cares deeply about his team, his guest, and the flourishing of the community. I frequent this location 2x a month and there is always growth and improvement.

My husband and I went to grab lunch and the fries that my husband ordered were very sad by the amount that was in there when it was supposed to be Large fries.

My kids love chick fil a. Live in Melissa and will drive the extra few minutes to go to the McKinney location.. just finished lunch at the Anna location and my husband’s French fries were actually burnt :( never heard him complain about his meal before but also never experienced burnt French fries being served before!

We were missing my salad and chick fil a sauce in the order. They were very nice and brought the sauce and salad over to the table right away.

Also, a little odd I had to wait in the woman’s bathroom as all 3 stalls were filled by chik fil a employees..

I had left my purse at this location. I drove 30 minutes away before I realized I no longer had it with me. I gave them a call and was transferred to Chris their team lead. He said that he would check their lost and found and put me on hold. After 10 minutes of being on hold, I was hung up on. When I tried to call back it kept going straight to voicemail as if they were immediately hanging up the phone. Drove 30 minutes back and sure enough they still had it. It was right in front of the phone the whole time!

Why does it take much so much longer to get your order in the app line as it does in the regular drive thru order line. Seems there are more people working the other line and the app line just sits and sits waiting…
