I absolutely love this location! My food is always hot and fresh!! I love going thru the drive thru just to get served by a young man by the name of Jr(I never catch his name lol). Customer service always on point! You all need a raise!

The worst Chicken Express I have ever visited. The food is reheated, everything was tough, nothing compared to the juicy chicken that is in other similar restaurants. Total disgust.

Just left drive thru, where my autistic grand child wanted to order. No one was behind us so I thought it would be fine. But 8/4/2025 @ 2:28pm the person doing drive thru attitude was so nasty and snappy it was ridiculous. I will not be returning

Fried pickles were really bad..... Chicken and fried okra were also sub par. Add all that together with the very expensive price tag and it was a a pretty horrible experience. Team was nice. But don't think I'll be back anytime soon, if ever.

These are the most hateful people. I ordered delivery and didn't get my order. I called them and they said they couldn't do anything and to take my business somewhere else. I ordered through their app. I'm disputing the charge to my card as fraud.

Prices are higher than any other Chicken Express around. 44 oz. Sweet tea is $4. The price on a gallon of sweet tea is almost $2 higher than any other store that I have been to

I was so pleased with the service although good food it was a tad bit pricey however I was so thankful to find one in the Dallas area. I hadn’t had chicken express since 2024 in Magnolia Arkansas. I truly wish we had a chicken express in Bentonville Arkansas. Thanks for the experience

Had to Settle for chicken express yesterday, due to popeyes non existent service and got burnt chicken, people tried to be nice but gave me a burnt breast and they were not even busy! This is the 2nd time going to this location and it has been unpleasant both times. I usually get 2 breasts and they had the audacity to charge 40 cents for sauces with a major sign in the window to advertise it with piss poor service! I see why its always a ghost town now, I suggest keeping it that way!

If this is what chicken express can offer then they should match the price or lower than what Walmart deli can offer. Hard cheese sticks, hard and tasteless chickens.. everything tasted like microwaved with $15+. What a waste.. I assume this place will shut down in a year.. there are lot of better chicken places around.. attaching a picture..
