Been wanting chicken express all week. I go here to order gizards. I will order the large order for $14. It's 18 pieces of gizards, the most places if they're small, that is, other chicken expresses will give you more than 18, because they're small, they didn't even give me 18. I am the gravy was barely enough for the little bit that they gave me. They've sized the gravy down to half the size. I won't ever eat here again and they wanted to charge me a dollar for 2 sauces after I spent fourteen dollars, what a joke

Don't waste your money !!! We ordered 7 tenders only got 4. The 4 tenders i did get were cold and stale and about the size of a chicken NUGGET... Yesterday's mashed potatoes...Stale french fries. It's a good thing we have an air fryer to try to revive this completely crappy food !!

Ordered a 7 piece tenders combo with a coke. Driver thru attendant reads back my order as a #2 with a DIET coke. I said no, I had a 7 piece tenders with a REGULAR coke. He says, “yea that’s a #2” condescendingly and hands me a DIET coke.

This really sucks because I loved Chicken Express growing up. Especially the Allen location as my food is always fresh. However, this one in Anna is really bad. Every fried pickle in my box was hard and crunchy which was awful because they were all burnt. The corn nuggets were dry and cooked extremely too long. Whoever is the fry cook there please provide them some additional training if you can in Allen because the sides were cooked way too long. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me, if this happens again I won’t be attending this location again. Would love to update my review if the product is better next time I go.

Waited 10 minutes for fresh gizzards (which is normal and fine) but to wait for fresh gizzards and get cold, old and hard chicken strips is unacceptable.

Just left drive thru, where my autistic grand child wanted to order. No one was behind us so I thought it would be fine. But 8/4/2025 @ 2:28pm the person doing drive thru attitude was so nasty and snappy it was ridiculous. I will not be returning
