I was so pleased with the service although good food it was a tad bit pricey however I was so thankful to find one in the Dallas area. I hadn’t had chicken express since 2024 in Magnolia Arkansas. I truly wish we had a chicken express in Bentonville Arkansas. Thanks for the experience
Last night I arrived at the CE drive thru about 25 minutes before closing. I proceeded to order my 4 pc tender meal, and the fish meal for another family member. They told me that they only had spicy tenders and bone in chicken. I thanked them and proceeded to pull off. The nice lady said if you don’t mind waiting 8 minutes I can get it ready for you. I pulled around paid and 8 minutes later I was leaving with fresh food. It was missing my coleslaw, but anf service like that...
THE TIME BEFORE, THEY HAD GIVEN ME THE WRONG ORDER AND I TOOK IT BACK. THE YOUNG MAN WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL ABOUT THE WHOLE THINGS. HE GAVE ME SOME FREE ROLLS AS A WAY OF SAYING, SORRY THIS HAPPENED. HE JUST KEPT APOLOGIZING. THEIR FOOD (chicken livers) IS VERY GOOD.
