The Hispanic girl working the pickup in the evening has a very nasty attitude and it’s every time we visit she needs a new job!!
I placed a mobile order for a burrito as well as another item. When I got home and opened the bag to my order, I noticed how small my burrito was in size more like a potato size.. See photo below. After driving back to the store, I asked the young lady at the Counter if I could swap my burrito for a bowl instead she stated she had to get her manager. Her manager came, whose name is Chris. I told Chris I just felt the burrito was small and asked to swap for a bowl. Chris informed me that some of the workers packed burritos differently, but it surely the same amount of portion. Chris said i could swap, but he’d have to charge me for it. I didn’t want to make a scene or fuss I told him that’s fine and I had to pay for another order. Disappointed as I wasn’t asking for anything free I already had paid for my order, the portion size was CLEARLY (See photo below) not right, but they would not assist or assist accommodated

Inconsistent food! One day the queso and quac is thick and chunky the next day it’s thin and watery .. the chips are always either burnt or stale.. however the people are always nice and friendly and understanding

I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at Chipotle. While eating my meal, I found a cricket in my food — something that is absolutely unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone a national chain.
When I brought this to their attention, I was only given a refund and no real concern, accountability, or follow-up from corporate or management. I even attempted to reach out to the health department because of how serious this is. For a company of this size, the lack of urgency and care for customer safety is shocking.
This was my last straw with Chipotle. Finding an insect in my food and being brushed off with nothing more than a refund shows me that food safety and customer well-being are not being taken seriously.

Do not recommend ordering ahead here. I had to wait 15 min past the time it said it would be ready while the people walking in got their food immediately after ordering. I ordered guac for both of my entrees and didn't get it on either which I usually wouldn't care about but it was a waste of $5.

Got home and half of the order was missing. Can't call a person in the store due to menu system not allowing me to speak to anyone. 40.bucks for 2 burritos and guacamole is too damn much to spend anymore anyways
Recently, every time I go to Chipotle there is always that is something wrong— my online order got taken by someone else, the portion are so small, my order is wrong, BUT most of all yesterday I got molded pico.
As you can see, it was very disgusting, brown, and the other 2 tomato’s are held by a growing mold behind it.

Update : I'm writing this review specifically about an employee named Sofia. On both of my recent visits, she displayed a noticeable lack of customer service skills and had a bad attitude. I really didn't want to write this because everyone else who works there is consistently friendly and helpful. However, Sofia's behavior was so off-putting that I felt it necessary to share my experience. I hope she can get some additional training in customer service to improve her interactions with customers.
I order takeout all the time and the employees are very nice. The chubby latino manager is always eyeing employees down to make sure they don’t make one single mistake, he also eye’s down customers. Very stingy manager. Also , everytime my friend order’s a burrito it’s wrapped very poorly.

Was not that great of food or experience. The girl at the front was just flirting with some one she knew and just gave him a discount for no reason. I’m a vet and didn’t get any discount. It took an excessive time for any service. People were leaving. The steak looked disgusting. The pork was cold. Tried twice and regret it every time. Chips per stale and too salty

Friday night at Chipotle in Anna was wild—just a bunch of kids working and zero grown-ups in sight, especially late after the football game. The place was super busy and kinda messy, with nobody cleaning up. And somehow, they managed to run out of chips. Definitely could use an adult in charge to keep things from getting out of hand

Literally the worse chipotle experience ever. Ordered 3 different times here thinking they would eventually get it right but they never do. Everytime we order here at least 2 to 3 things wrong with our food. Either something is missing that we payed for or they didn't put the correct rice or meat we selected. Don't even bother using points because you won't get those items either. Wasted my points and literally got nothing.

First time I had eaten at a Chipotle in a year. Stopped by the Anna, TX location on Sat evening. Food was good but restaurant was FILTHY! Food all over the tables, floors, everywhere. Looked like a junior high lunchroom after a food fight. I’ll never eat here again. Lately, Chipotle has dealt with some bad publicity over the cleanliness of their restaurants. This one was a prime example of disgusting.
