This location has really good food and staff. Don’t understand why they open at 1045 if the they aren’t ready to serve. Third time I have been here at opening and the rice is still multiple minutes away from ready. 1100 at this point and still not ready.
The food and service is very typical of every chipotle. First time using the app to order for pick up. The serving amount was literally less than half than what they normally give you in dine in. My complaint was not about their food or service. My complaint is the person that was doing takeout in their separate section is not fulfilling proportions correctly.
This was a pickup order. Most of the items were prepared correctly. The tacos were a different matter. The portion size was terrible. The picture does not do justice. Each taco had about 4-5 small pieces of chicken. The taco was mostly shell. When I returned and asked if this was a normal portion, I was told it was. The other locations had better portions.
