The service is friendly at this restaurant, but you have to wait forever to get anything. They are short staff at this place . Cook wanted sign on door, help wanted before that. The food is mediocre. I noticed an old Chinese cook walking around the back. This is supposed to be a Southwestern style restaurant. Anything we got fried was over fried and dark. The French fries are dry and dark. The burgers are dry. I didn't like the cheese whiz they call queso on my Philly cheese steak and the roast beef was overcooked or refried. The Crows Toe, steak fingers have lots of tough grissle. Their pies are not good at all like a pie made with pudding and under cooked meringue on top and they charge $4.99 for a very small slice. Their brown gravy is very salty, Their white country gravy is better. The side salad is fresh. Their coke tasted weird like it was tart or hasn't been serviced by Coke manuf. They don't give you homemade rolls with your dinner unless you ask for it. Served one of our Cheesburgers on a chipped plate. Was served water in a chipped glass before, this is the second time. This restaurant is not going to be on our return list. They need to improve their quality and get new dishes for customers' safety and health sake. Accurate review no exaggerations here.

just what we wanted for our dinner before the Fleetwood Mac concert at the Springhill Vineyards. Delicious fried fried green tomatoes, salad, and a very large and thick chicken fried chicken. The fried okra was outstanding. The squash casserole is good, but needs more squash and less cornbread. The service on the patio was flawless on a Friday night at 5 PM. A very cute restaurant. I could've been tempted by the pie they have on the menu if it was on display.

Server was new, nothing wrong just a could tell. Didn't know the menu super well. Food is old fashioned cafe style food. We had burgers and chopped sirloin steak. We had zero issues. Water did not taste good was the only comment. I wish more restaurants would invest in good filtration

Was really disappointed in the overall experience. I think the waitress may have had too many tops to serve. She wasn't BAD, but it was definitely not a warm, friendly experience. I ordered a veggie plate; fried green tomato chunks (just NO on the sugar!), squash casserole (lactose intolerant), cabbage (absolutely nothing added to this one), and pinto beans (could have been cooked a little longer). To top off this non-remarkable meal, I was looking forward to a lovely piece of coconut pie; however, what I got was a half-slice size of something that had been frozen and the meringue being reduced to the size and consistency of wet toilet paper. When I addressed this with the owner, he told the waitress the piece was too small and to bring out another dessert selection. Pecan pie was the same size with a burned top and dried out consistency. Unacceptable for a price of $4.49 a slice that no where came close to matching photos. Again, a totally disappointing experience.

If you’re looking for a home time feel and good ole’ scratch kitchen, then wait no longer to visit Crows County Cafe in downtown Anna. The service, food and atmosphere was second to none.I got the the Chicken Fried Steak, (CFS). It came with a side salad and you can replace two sides for Baked Potato. I opted for the Baked Potato and it was loaded to the top. The chicken fried steak was so tender you could cut it with a fork, no knife needed here. Also had the Crows Feet which was potato Skins. You feel like you’re stepping back in the ole’ days. Just needed to saddle up your horse and trot on over.

Catfish was absolutely delicious. All the food is yummy. Was not crazy about the Sunday buffet. But dinner time is delicious. Service was good. And I'll be honest is cute and old-fashioned.

NOT A GOOD DINNER EXPERIENCE.....Understaffed for the amount of folks visiting, ordered "All you can eat catfish" the fish was great but the 45 minute wait for more NOT ACCEPTABLE, asked for water refills for 15 minutes finally went and got the pitcher to fill our cups LITERALLY they "comped" a free dessert which was raw dough cobbler with a can of peaches poured over it. Be my last time in

My husband had eaten here before and raved about the huge, delicious hamburgers. Today, he took me for the first time and I ordered the chopped BBQ brisket sandwich, which was amazing! Was tender and tasted great! Would definitely like to go again and get the same thing! So sorry I didn't get a pic.
