Drive thru lights were off. The staff seem like they don’t want to be there. Once I got home I realized they gave me a wrong blizzard. I was very disappointed. Please train staff how to give good customer service and have them make sure they’re giving out the correct orders.

Took over 30 minutes to get through the drive thru and it wasn’t even busy! Burge was dry and over cooked and chicken sandwich is awful! Do better!!!
This place gets zero stars I ordered a 4 pc. The microphone wasn't working I had to pull up. Once I pulled up they gave me wrong price, then they gv me correct price, then I paid. Then they asked what I ordered??? Confused being that I paid already then they proceeded to tell me it's policy that I pull up to wait for my meal. I declined the5 might spir in my food. Terrible customer service this explain the 3.7 rating. Ghetto as hell

What can be said of a Dairy Queen? You either love them or hate them. They're a big deal in Texas, I'll tell you that! This one in our home town of Anna, Texas is new and going through growing pains. Only been there a few times, mostly to get sundae that are always good. Hey, grateful we have one in our town! ?

Staff seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing or didn’t care to do anything except one girl diligently making all the blizzards. Very unprofessional atmosphere and everything seemed disorganized, I watched one guy hand people the wrong orders multiple times while every other employee was prioritizing the drive thru not to mention the exorbitant prices. Kind of disappointed and will not be back.

Food was micro waved. The staff is the worst I’ve have ever seen. The food was disgusting and burnt. They were rude A-holes. The looked like meth heads. I hope they all lose their jobs and become homeless. The manager is a complete unprofessional joke. They charged me for stuff they didn’t have. They charged me for stuff i didn’t order too. 0 stars for me. The smelled like weed and looked disgusting.
Very unprofessional I had a question about the ice cream cake when I picked up my milkshake and you would’ve thought that I asked him for something for free! Why bother reporting to work when you simply don’t want to be there? So many people are out here looking for jobs and would be more than happy to have a job. They should just quit. I’m just saying.

The drive thru menu was not lit. Someone came out to turn the lights on. We ordered two Sundays. One Sunday was so full of hot fudge that we could not open it until we got home. The fudge was everywhere. It was a complete mess. We will not be back. There are at least three other venues in Anna for ice cream. It is time for a wake up call. If business is that good, just turn out all the lights. No need to sell anything after dark.
