How lazy do you have to be to not even do the bare minimum work at a fast food restaurant? I paid for 2 large blizzards with extra candy in both and blended well. The first one he handed me was empty 2 inches from the top. He closed the window and when he opened the window to hand me the 2nd one, I handed it right back to him and told him to fill it to the top. Given that I have paid EXTRA for more Reese's I expected the 2 inches of Blizzard to have SOME resemblance of candy in it...nope...they just added vanilla ice cream and handed it to me. The bottom of both our blizzards was nothing but ice cream as well. So much for them blending it well!! This DQ location has gone downhill fast for only having been opened a couple of yrs now. This is ridiculous!!
The service was speedy, I mean, I was the only one here. But not friendly at all. I ordered a steak fingers basket for dine-in. When the employee brought my tray out, it was in a box. It looked as if everything was literally just thrown in there. Some places are better then others. I kinda wish I hadn't stopped here....
Lol, I thought there was just one piece of toast. I found one under the cold fries, too funny

Ordered steak fingers, Texas brand tacos and 2 blizzards. Was asked to pull up and they'd bring my order out, also asked if I'd like to get my ice cream now or when the food was ready. I opted to get it all together (assuming they'd keep my ice cream cold) waited 20 minutes and received steak fingers with no bread or gravy, taco shells were very stale, and both of my blizzards were melted, leaving ice cream all over my car. Ordered jalitis, they were out. They were out of caramel for my pecan cluster blizzard also, so I chose a different option and didn't put cheesecake in my strawberry dipped blizzard. The worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to by far

I have been to this dairy queen drive thru twiice, once they could not make icecream because it would take 20 mins for them he icecream machine to turn on. The second time they could not make icecream because they did not have milk
I wanted to take a minute to thank DQ for hiring a young man named Chris. At the DQ on White Street in Anna Texas. This young man, knows what customer service is. I went through the drive through window and ordered some food and drove home, and found out that one of the main meals was not in the bag. I drove back, and that is when I talked to this very polite young man named Chris. I told him what the issue was, and just in his voice alone you could hear a sincere apology as he said I'm so sorry, ill fix that. He fix my order, and knew that when I got back home, my hamburger was going to be soggy and cold, so he also made another one for me. That is customer service, and because of this young man Chris and his professionalism and customer service, I will be making this DQ my go to burger spot, plus their burgers are great.
DQ, thank you for hiring Chris, you should be proud of all your employees and know that people like Chris work for you.
Thank you,
Don

My Husband and I stopped in for a couple of Blizzards. They're our favorite dessert at DQ. I tried a new one called the dipped strawberry cheesecake. My Husband tried the new cotton candy one. They were prepared in a timely manner and brought to our table and served upside down as they're supposed to be. As usual they were thick and tasty.

wife and I came to eat. Was disappointed in the hunger buster. It had very little mustard. 1 small thin tomato, Onion was so thin you could not taste it. only two pickles. They arre skimping on everything. Won't be back!
30 minute wait in the drive through for 2 steak finger baskets, they forgot about it and I waited 20 more minutes and handed me someone else’s meal. Ended up being over an hour for 2 meals……

The best soft serve out there!
Don't go inside to order because they will ignore you. They prioritize the drive thru so I went back to my vehicle and ordered. Food was hot and fresh so now I know
The chicken strips were so dry and tasted as if they made them in fish oil! NEVER AGAIN! HAD TO WAIT 30 MINUTES FOR THE DISGUSTING MESS OF FOOD!
They're constantly out of menu items. I don't know who does the ordering, but they've got to look at sales. Burritos are a prime example. It seems like they've been out for 2 weeks now. Other than that, it's fine.
Employees are kind of rude had to ask fir a sack and tye female employee acted like it was a burden to get me a sack and a spoon.
