They're constantly out of menu items. I don't know who does the ordering, but they've got to look at sales. Burritos are a prime example. It seems like they've been out for 2 weeks now. Other than that, it's fine.
No ice cream one day!
No light on menu board one night
I had to get my own order while I watched the cashier clowning with group of girls for over 19 minutes.
Asked for money back on another visit because footlong hotdog was cold after I asked why it was taking so long to get my food no onions on dog as I requested. They had not even started on my malt after I got my cold hotdog.
Very poorly managed . Difficult to contract franchise...

I just have to say that the evening crew tonight was amazing!! This location is usually busy, but tonight it was pretty packed. From what I observed this group is teens or early twenties maybe. They were super professional and made sure things were done right. I had placed a uber eats order tonight and we received everything but the food part of the order. When I called to let them know the mix up and what I needed to do moving forward they apologized for the inconvenience, and...
