Hello Mr. Russell Wiener,
I hope you are doing well. I will make this quick. Mr. Wiener, my wife was at the Anna, Texas Dominos on today September 3, 2025. When she received her ordered, she was not satisfied with it, and requested a refund. Due to the fact, first of all the pizza was not made in a presentable way. Also, she notice one of the employees preparing the pizzas not wearing any gloves. Maria, got an attitude and threw my wife’s refund on the counter and the quarter hit her. The Manager on duty was Aaron, and when I was talking with him on the phone he hung up on me. There are plenty of pizzas business nearby that we can choose from.
Finally, I would like to thank you for your taking the time out of your busy schedule to assist us in this matter.
Thank you once again,
Daryl

This is probably the most disappointing experience that I've had with Domino's, but my first with this store.
TLDR: Overall, the chicken wasn't chicken (I mistook it for feta), and they don't know what extra means. The crust seasoning also fell short which is sad since it's my favorite thing about Domino's, other than their thin crust option of course.
To begin, they gave me a hand tossed pizza instead of thin crust. That basically made pizza #1 (#2 on receipt) inedible in our eyes. To their credit, this is the one pizza that actually had some of the extras that I added. However, they went overboard. I'd normally be overjoyed, but the veggies were more or less raw and the pizza was already unappealing to start. The chicken crumbles underneath became soggy as a result and it looked like baby vomit. As if the pizza wasn't already gross enough before that!? The cherry on top? While choking down this pizza (because I don't believe in wasting food) I ate a misplaced piece of pineapple and that was the straw that broke the camel's back! I threw up. It was even worse the second time! 😖
Pizza #2 (#1 on receipt) was just an overwhelming disappointment rather than a hazard. Ever had a BBQ chicken pizza w/o the BBQ?.. Or chicken? Or onions?... Yeahhh, wouldn't reccomend! Of course, this one was also supposed to have extra chicken and onions, but alas.. It was pretty much cheddar cheese and bread. There was the occasional onion skin (meaning the outer part of the onion that you're supposed to remove), and the even more occasional onion, and a few chicken morsels here and there. There was SOME lines of BBQ on a few pieces, but it was overall pretty awful and hard to choke down as well.
Pizza #3 was an experiment, so I'm glad that they didn't mess it up too bad. It was honestly divine, but I'm very disappointed with the amount of meat and veggies that were included considering that there was supposed to be extra everything. They definitely did give the extra sauce though. I'm eternally grateful for that, because it would've been incredibly unsatisfactory otherwise. The amount of mushrooms was pretty reasonable as well, but they left much to be desired when it came to the spinach and chicken.
I'm pretty sad, but I'm used to getting jipped when I order extras at Domino's. The real crux of the issue (and the only reason that I bothered writing a review) is the thin crust coming out as a hand tossed. That, and the weird sprinklings of chicken crumbles that we all know should be cubes/rectangular prisms. The BBQ missing from the BBQ chicken pizza was also quite a shock and disappointment though.
Update: I found pineapple on pizza #3 as well, and I just KEEP biting into onion skins. I'd say that's the worst part at this point!

Guy making the burnt pizzas just stood there when I walked in. Most Dominos all over Dallas they greet you when you walk in. He just kept doing his thing until I finally asked how he was doing and if I could get my pizza. Only thing he said the entire interaction was, name? Not a single thing after that. The pizza was burnt, I’m sure that’s not his fault. But kindness and, hey how’s it going sure goes a long way! I generally eat Dominos a few times a week working all over the metroplex and most every other store I’ve never had an issue. Not looking for anything free just a friendly face when I’m working the graveyard shift. Not a lot to ask I don’t think??

You have trained us to use the app so you don't have to bother with phone orders. The least you could do is keep your app running. To much time wasted on this to want to order and chance the app not working..... AGAIN.

Today’s experience was horrible. We usually order online, but something was up with the dominos website and the order wouldn’t go through so I phoned in our order. After ordering, the AI bot stated that our order would be delivered within 25 minutes, I knew that wasn’t correct because it takes almost that long to get to our house from Anna.
But when an hour went by and we still didn’t have our order, I called the Anna location and kept pressing buttons until I got a human. The young man I spoke with looked up our order and told me that is had been delivered; I opened my front door and found two pizza boxes, stuffed cheesy bread box, and two sauces sitting on the mat. No knock, no ringing the door. OUR FOOD SAT ON THE PORCH FOR 11 MINUTES.
When I brought them inside and opened the first box—ANTS. Inside the pizza box. Why would a delivery driver do this?! I like ordering online because I get text notifications. Never again will I phone in an order, and never again will I add a tip before my food is delivered.

I had a terrible experience here over a month ago. I have sadly not returned because I can’t get myself to go back after the way I was treated. I came in to pick up my order and I get home and they gave me someone else’s order. So I drive back up there and tell them it’s not my order. And they proceeded to give me my order. Which was already cold and not cut the way I wanted it either. They refused to remake my order. They said they were too busy to fix it.

We ate here for the first time. It was great. The pizza was hot and fresh, the staff are friendly, and the inside is very clean. Definitely the best Domino's we've been to!

I had a great experience with Domino’s! The pizza was fresh, hot, and tasted amazing—definitely one of the best I’ve had in a while. The crust was perfect, and the toppings were generous and flavorful. On top of that, the customer service was excellent—friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience even better. Keep up the great work, Domino’s!
