To the people that were working at 7:56PM on Nov 17, 2024 as soon as me and my girlfriend stepped into the establishment I noticed a pungent rotting smell present. We approached the counter and waited to be attended for a few minutes while more than 6 workers visible behind the counter being able to see us and actively ignoring us. We finally get attended by one of the workers and we tell her the name on the order she looks at every single ticket and comes up and asks us what the name again we tell her the name again and she magically finds it on the rack. I don't normally write these reviews as I also deal with with customers on a daily basis so I understand there's bad days but for the WHOLE staff of more than 6 people to ignore us is completely unacceptable no matter how you look at it, I get you might hate your job and you don't want to be there but you should at least treat people with basic respect, because I and many other customers have not done anything to you to have you treat us in such a disrespectful manner.

Went inside my kids and I to order 2 pizzas regular crust and they make us 2 pizzas thin crust instead . they said they are going to charge us extra to remake them when it was their mistake. There were not busy at all I was
the only 1 placing an order in there. Not fair. They don't even say sorry. Horrible service 👎

Despite ordering online 2days ahead, it was delivered 2hours after the scheduled time. When I called multiple times asking where my order was I was told it was on its way. The fact it was 2hours late proves that was a lie. When it was delivered it was cold. When I called for the final time asking to speak to a manager I was put on a “endless hold”. When the “manager” Melvin I believe answered it was not handled professionally. I told him he wasn’t the manager to which he confirm he in fact was not and was pretending to be. When I finally did talk to the manager of the store, the call was still handled unprofessionally despite everything else leading up to a frustrated costumer. 0 stars, don’t recommend. Go to papa John’s down the street they hold their word, and is always delivered hot and fresh, EVEN on busy nights

We recently moved to Anna and this was my first order to this particular location, 2 large pizza both were cold, bad quality and one of them was hard and dry and burned, unfortunately I haven't check them at the time of pickup I’ve just brought them directly home and I was totally disappointed.

My daughter was recently involved in an accident with one of your delivery drivers (who was at fault), and I contacted the store to speak with a manager. Maria answered and said she was the manager, but when I started asking her questions, she didn't know the answers and told me she would get the General Manager, Ben.

I had a few neighbors over at the time, and we were all shocked at how Ben handled the phone call. I asked two simple questions: 1) Does Domino’s have insurance for this? 2) How should we proceed? As the GM, he couldn't answer either question. When I asked if this was something I should contact corporate about, he said 'yes' and SLAMMED the phone down. Completely unacceptable behavior.

Based on the reviews, it seems this location has ongoing issues with food quality and customer service, and Ben's attitude certainly reflects that. This is our closest Domino’s, but after this experience, we will no longer be supporting this store.

We have been ordering from this particular Domino's location for a number of years. Used to be a great location - with excellent service. Sadly it's gone downhill in recent times.

I placed an order today (9/20) at 6:05 PM CST. The tracker was in quality check from 6:33 PM until about 7:30 PM. I even called in just to try and get an update and was just placed on hold for 15-20 minutes. Overall making it around an 1 hour and 40 minutes for my food to arrive to my door.

I understand it's busy, being Friday and most people getting off of work. But just under two hours for my pizza to arrive is completely unacceptable - and it seems like we'll have to start taking our business elsewhere.

i dont give one stars to places but this was just absoulte horrible this wasnt a man cause he was not acting like one but this boy name benjamin i ordered a pizza delivery and the instructions was just place it on the chair cause i got social anxiety why i look on my ring camera he literally threw my food with an attitude??? i have it recorded yall need to teach him some manners i wont be ordering delivery here again bruh

Is zero stars an option for customer service?

Where to start... We ordered some pizza at around 6:30 to enjoy with a movie night. Pizza said it was ready at around 7:00, we went in the store and they advised it was not quite ready yet, no problem, I thought, we can wait a few minutes.

Watched them make our order, down to the sauce cups we ordered. They brought it out around the counter and so I approached them and commented is that for me? They advised it was for another customer. I asked again, asking are you sure that is the exact same order as ours? They were adamant it was for someone else, someone who had been in front of me in line earlier whose order was still completely in the oven.

Well, not much I could do. I just thought they had the same order as us. So I continued to wait. About 5 minutes later. I approached again asking where our order was, and they said it was just about ready. They then spent a frenzied 5 minutes walking around back and forth, the girl realizing that she had just given our order to send it to someone else. I had to ask again, I thought that was our order, what is my option? Do I have to wait for you to remake it, basically how are you going to make this right?

Another 5 minutes pass, without any communication, and with hardly an acknowledgment of my questions. I had to again approach the counter and ask what was happening, and she said it would take 10 to 15 minutes to cook. Obviously, it would take more. They were slammed. I could not continue to wait so I asked them to make it right by giving me a refund.

Another 5 to 10 minutes pass as the girl is walking around trying to figure out what to do, and she eventually asked someone else for help on the refund. They eventually get to a refund, and send me out the door.

They did not try to make the situation right, and if they would have only listened to me in the first place, then they could have completely avoided it. This is pizza, not rocket science.

Overall experience was horrible, it has me questioning if I would ever want to patronize a Domino's again. Complete and utter lack of sympathy or care for customers. Left the store after being there for about 30 minutes, all of which I was under the impression my order should have been ready when I got there. Ended up getting McDonald's for movie night.

This store needs to shape up.

1 large pizza and 1 salad + tip was almost $50. No worries, that's how things are with the economy right now. I was told my pizza would arrive by 2:27pm. I got a text stating "Abdol is entering your neighborhood now" at 2:24pm. I provided the gate code to my complex and asked them to knock loudly. Well, 2:30pm came and went with no food, then 2:40pm and by 2:45pm I called the Store. Was advised they had "no idea where the Driver was and offered a Store credit". Not the Girl's fault but NO, I want my food! She speaks to her Manager and calls me back and states they'll re-do my order at no additional charge and deliver it.My food was finally delivered at 3pm STONE COLD.

I understand there can be multiple deliveries at one time when drivers go out, which is why I gave him some time before calling. My issue is, what the HELL was he doing for 40mins when it said he was 2 minutes away from me?! I guess they thought since I FINALLY got my Order that was it cause they never sent me the re-done order. So, you think it's acceptable and good customer service to charge someone $50 and dtop off cold food?! They should have still sent the freshly made HOT food. I'm pissed and will NEVER order from them again!!

On Saturday night I was tired and hungry, I decided to order pizza for my son and I. I had 70 dollars in my bank account, my rent and bills were paid, i had picked up some odd jobs that would pay me in dinners for the upcoming week, I had gas in the car, and I was 5 days away from my next work check. We were hungry so I decided to order pizza as a treat, but knew I could get at least two meals out of it to get through the weekend. When I submitted the order on the app I got an error message that said something had gone wrong and to try again in a few minutes, I tried again, same message. Then I abandoned the pizza idea and was going to go elsewhere to eat. Imagine my surprise when my account had been charged twice!!! 67 dollars had been taken from my account! I then called the store to see if they received the order. I would had been frustrated about being charged twice but would had been fine to get one order and then wait for a refund to go to my account.

When I called I was told that they had no orders, and that they couldn't do anything for me. The manager said "This happens all the time, both charges will be put back into your account in 3 or 4 days"

I was about to cry because this ment that I was left with 3 dollars for the next 5 days As calmly as I could I explained my situation. .... "I don't know what to tell you ma'am, but we can't do anything for you."

I am disappointed in domino's. You can do better. You mission statment says ...

Ordered online, pizza was hot but very bland. I purchased a soda and took a sip while I waited....it was flat. I mentioned this to the young worker...his comment was oh okay and? These young kids need to learn what customer service is
