This place has forgot the cheese on my bagels THREE times in a row. Considering the price of the bagels itself is $10. And the fact cheese is $1.20 just to add is extremely pathetic when you can’t even get that right. Definitely will not be spending anymore here.

This morning as I was going to work one of the engine lights turned on. Had to turn around to go home but was right by the bagel shop. So I thought of going in and maybe after I got back into my rental the light would maybe go off. The young lady this morning was so cheerful and kind and explained the situation. We talked like we had known each other forever . No other customers were in the store by the way since it had just opened. But she listened to my issue then offered me a coffee. I know it does not seem like much but it changed my whole day right away. These are the kind of employees that WOW the customer and the experience they don't forget. Thank you.

Food was good, consistent with what I would expect. What I didn’t expect was for this nice new store to be walk out only. Small and cramped and I was planning on a nice Sunday morning having a bagel and a sit down with my wife at this nice new location before Christmas shopping. Instead, we had to cram into the store as it was cold outside and the lobby is very small. Then ended up eating in my car.
Great service with positive workers! Got the new morning mocktails and they were delicious!

Rude staff both workers Coffee was put away at 1:15 and they don’t close till 2:00 Not friendly and cleaning and scraping the floor before closing. Must want yo leave badly. Not happy at all. I got a buttered bagel and the butter was clumpy on the bagel. Won’t be back
