Would give 0 if I could! These people need to be closed down. They gave stale chips the first two visit, completely gave the wrong order the third and we came back as a last second thinking they might have it together and we wait thirty minutes as dine in customer after dine in customer walked in and not only got food first but some even finished before we got up to ask if our order had even been started (20 minutes in) when I got to the counter a sweet woman goes you think that’s bad I just got some tacos and I’ve been here 30 minutes. I let them know I was getting a refund if our food ( a bowl, chips and quaso and 1 brisket quesadilla) hadn’t been started she ran to the back and 5 minutes later she said it’s being worked on. I asked like BEEN started our you JUST started and she said been started. Another 15 minutes (and a fine in walk in and getting their food later) we got our food so clearly she lied ?Sharing because this has been a constant disappointment each time we have tried - just go to tacobell or anywhere but here.

Excellent service, initially got my order wrong, but went out of their way to make it right. I appreciate the extra effort.

I was charged when I placed my online order. I called store to make sure they received it. I was told to call delivery people listed on their website because they didn't see my order on their end. I called delivery people and I was told that I needed to reach out to Fuzzys. . I tried to call store over and over again no answer. I then drove to the store and only one person was in there??!!!! So why did you not pick up the 7 times that I called?? I showed the girl at the register my bank account - I wanted to show proof I was charged. She told me that I would receive a refund in a few days because it didn't go through on their end. She went to the kitchen to check the computer in the back and call the GM!!??!! I re-ordered my food and paid again!! Food was disgusting. Tasted old. I threw it away! I will never order from this place again! Worst customer service ever! They don't care about their customers! I better get my refund! I will be filing a complaint!!

Food was great and served quickly. The giant fan that the manager refused to turn off even though no one wanted on was annoying and cold. The fan isn’t properly installed so it makes a loud clicking noise nonstop the entire time it’s on. The manager was rude and did not care what the customers thought.

We are so glad to have one here in town. We've been back several times and the food is just as good as opening weekend. Highly recommend the patio and breakfast tacos!

I was on the road for Taco Tuesday, and I found a place to dive into some Mexican food. Since I've passed by a number of Fuzzy's locations, I decided to give this Anna outpost a try. So I stopped in and had to get acquainted with their menu. They've got a wide array of tacos, quesadillas, and burritos, but tonight, I decided on a burrito. This one was a ground beef burrito. The service team behind the counter told me that one burrito is very big. With a buzzer in hand, I ordered a ground beef burrito (and on it, there contained black beans, cilantro rice, peppers, guacamole, and cheese) alongside a Dr Pepper. Turns out, before my buzzer would even go off, one of the guys brought me my burrito to my table. Once I tasted it, there was a fine meshing of flavors inside. There was ground beef present in the burrito, but the overall taste didn't entirely jump out at me, either. All in all, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't that much to write home about, as well. It also was a bit pricey for a burrito, costing practically ten dollars even before you add tax and the drink. I'm not ruling out trying some of the other things on the menu eventually (and as it is, D/FW has so much competition). Just know that most items on Fuzzy's menu are a bit overpriced for the amount of food you get.

Sometimes I try places with not so good reviews. The only complaint I have is my buzzer didn't go off so I waited about 10 minutes and went to the window and they said my food was done. Maybe they should ring the buzzer again if no one comes to get the food. Maybe someone pushed the wrong button I don't know why it didn't go off.
