There's supposed to be open till two.I tried to order at twelve thirty, and they told me they only accepting mobile orders.How stupid is that?I'm a paying customer at your window and you can only take a phone order from me. I guess this place doesn't like business
Terrible service.
To start, the drive thru worker was mad from the start of the interaction all the way to the end of the interaction.
Not to even mention, most of the food was completely cold, and it took a whole 30 minutes to complete the order.
The store having 2.4 stars is ultimately generous with the food and customer service it delivers.
Do not spend your time at this location, anywhere else would be better.

This a new store and the customer service is horrible!!!! I came to pick up an order for delivery no one greeted me and keep looking at me as if I was in the wrong store so I finally say hey I’m picking up an order it was 2 your caucasian girls with attitudes… I Told the young lady that the order was supposed to be ready at 11:27 she looked at me and shrugged Shoulders… Straight to the point, my order was not ready until 1140

Customer service is terrible. I came at 8 PM on December 2 and the staff had me waiting for over 10 minutes at the intercom to take my order and there was six cars behind me and half of the people left and they still didn’t want to take my order when I was like “um are you ready?” They told me “ma’am please wait” in rude way as if I was inconveniencing them and there was nobody at the window ahead of me. I think the staff needs more people or better training.

Tried to order a midnight meal
,was feeling very starved at this point so decided to order some food through the app. It tells us (me and my boyfriend) that it will be connected through doordash. So we wait, and wait, and wait. We put in our order at 12:44 maybe 12:50Am, we started getting concerned around almost 1:39 because thats when it said it would be arriving. But on the website that allows us to track it, it showed the food was still being prepared. So my boyfriend called up and was told that it just came in as a regular online order. We think huh, weird we definitely put it in as a delivery order. The wonderful manager on duty, Melissa (I hope I have spelt this right), told us that it would come up as doordash or ubereats on their ticket.Melissa helped me through the customer service steps, to get a refund. She was so nice and helpful it truly felt like she understood our struggle! But we got a text out of nowhere saying “our driver” was on the way to get the food. I got a call back from Melissa, she explained how doordash seemed to finally connect and wanted to give us the heads up. at this point, this is around 2 in the morning. All in all we hope we still get our refund given the time,effort, sweat and tears. But Melissa is the person to go to! Thank you for your patience and kindness!

I pulled in at 9:54. The lobby closes at 10:00. The girl looked and me and literally jogged to come lock the door before I got to it. Sick of lazy people who don't want to work. I worked in restaurants for over a decade. So I understand the frustration when someone comes in at the last minute. But we always still serve them! The closing time on the door is the last time you can walk in. If you're in here at 9:59 you get served just like somebody who walked in one minute after we open! Customer service! Waited 32 mins for an order!!!! No lie… restaurant had 5-6 bags of food on counter for at least 20 mins prior to my wait. So many people upset and employees were so unorganized!!!! Never again!!!!

I was excited to see a Jack in the box closer, however what a straight disappointment. When someone orders 20 Taco's from you to feed her family don't hand me 4 sauces and say have a good day. Y'all need to get some training in this store. What a disappointment. I'll continue to drive further for better service. Also check your receipts because there math ain't matching their prices. Good is cold as a freezer disgusting need to definitely call the food inspector on this place

I ordered food today including a side salad. While we were eating at home, my wife noticed the side salad was bad (rotten and slimy at the bottom) Everything else we ordered was fine. When I took the side salad back to the restaurant, I met Melisa (the manager on shift) and showed her and instead of being remorseful, she was argumentative, saying that the salad wasn’t bad. In the process, she did mention that the salads were brought in on Monday and kept refrigerated (that means the salad has been sitting in there for approximately six days). She then quickly realized and changed her statement that the salads were brought in on Wednesday. Her customer service is horrible!!!
Make sure to check any salad you order from this particular location before you take a bite. The salads are not fresh. They have bern sitting in the refrigerator for almost a week.

Me and my wife went last night we ordered two combo meals and one Oreo shake Jalapeño peppers Mozzarella sticks And one order of fries Came with two drinks with the combos the Fries was terrible The drinks was terrible. Didn’t taste like Coke and Sprite. Everything else was great

Got home, 90% wrong. Food was pretty poor either way. Service was inattentive and seemed to not want to be there. Go to van alstyne or McKinney before coming here
