Dined in and had stale chips. I asked to swap them out and had an employee roll their eyes at me. Mind you I had the bag open to show him. Still never got my replacement bag of chips. I spend a lot of money at this location. Probably a bad day but the feedback is warranted.

I've never had Jersey Mike's before so I tried it today and glad I did. I had the Italian and it was good and fresh. I added pickles but I didn't like the ones they have. Online order was ready when I got there.

Went in around at around 2:15 for a late lunch on 10/4. I ordered online, when I got there the staff were friendly and the food was hot. Got the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak w/ Chipotle Mayo, highly recommend. It was the best cheese steak I’ve had in a while. This is the first time I’ve tried this location, but it won’t be the last!

My second time at Jersey Mike's. Still not a fan. I like an Italian hoagie heated and the cheese melted. They don't do that here so it's just not the same. We ate in and there were not enough seats available for 4 of us to sit together but they had 2 people sitting at a table for 6.
