I ordered for pickup and was quoted that my food would be ready only 4 minutes after my order. I thought this strange, but hey, it's fried food right? I drove over and arrived 6 minutes after it was said to have been completed and checked in at the counter. I then sat and waited to get my order for the next 32 minutes after my arrival.
I learned that they are falsifying their internal metrics to mask their incompetence with order handling once I witnessed my order marked as completed on their Expo screen.
At the very least, I wasn't sitting around for left over food, but I could have gotten my food and bill at a sit down restaurant in the time it took them to just box my food and give it to me.
Mike's Hot Honey Chicken isn't hot. It's just honey. The food was hot, thank goodness, so I give them 3 stars for meeting that bar.
The interior does not encourage you to stay and eat. I believe we already covered the service.
If you're looking for KFC, this is not the one. Not going to be a returning customer. Popeye's does it better anyway. 🤷🏼♂️

Wholly disappointed. I'm not a typical KFC eater but long time fan and would say that Today's KFC is no longer the original KFC. Got a Chicken sandwich and 12count nuggets, as well as various other items for other people. Was expecting fried chicken but the sandwich was very very tough and chewy and the 'krisp' on the chicken was so overdone and extra, half the size of the cutlet was breading itself just fried. Left a very dry and chewy piece for a sandwich.. The nuggets.. did not fair any better.. the over application and too much of a 'krisp' / crunch on the chicken leaves nothing but very small bits of chicken covered in copious amounts of breading that fries to a over crispiness. Got ranch sauce.. that's kind of bland and nothing to write home about... their honey mustard wasn't very honey mustard taste more just loose liquidly stone ground mustard. Overall for my first Texas KFC experience.. I was left disappointed. Would say the Whataburger or Chic-fil-a across the street are better just due to the breading's.. I'm sorry Colonel Sanders, but they've mucked up your recipe. I would like my money back, but that's not going to happen.
Will not be stopping by again, just going to Chic-fil-a or Whataburger across the street for more edible and not overcooked chicken when wanting.
Side note, this location is a Taco Bell/KFC joint... i vote for getting rid of the KFC part after eating here.

Never any KFC sauce and they always out of something..no dark meat...no white meat...always something...but the chicken is good. The tea takes like swamp water 💧 🤔

If I could give a zero I would… worst customer service I have ever experienced I received old chicken and the biscuit you couldn’t even break it in half it was so hard, I get all the way home to realize the food was old I go back up to the store to return the food, as I’m explaining a young lady gets a attitude with me saying she didn’t fix my order and why was I talking to her, I’m guessing the manager comes to the window and gives me my refund I ask him if I could have my receipt to get corporate number he refuse to give me both he told me I got my money and he wasn’t giving me my receipt or corporate number…. This was outlandish and the worst experience I have ever had at a KFC!!!!!

Any time we come here either for KFC or Taco Bell it’s always something wrong. Our order isn’t made right or food is missing. Ordered a sauced nugget meal. They don’t carry the sauces their website says they do. Asked for another one and didn’t get it…nuggets tasted old. They were dry and tiny pieces. Asked for mashed potatoes and got fries instead. My husband didn’t get his Taco Bell order correct either. Super frustrating…

Why is the chicken ALWAYS full of oil like you can squeeze the oil out and fry more chicken. It sames like they can get the 11 herbs and spices together. Chicken NECER taste right

I enjoy KFC but this time they messed up my order in a good way. I ordered 2 Original Recipe Drums, 1 Extra Crispy thigh, 2 Original Recipe Thighs and 1 Extra Crispy Thigh. I ended up getting an extra drum, Extra Crispy. Forgot to mention I also got a Large Gravy.
