Close to being a worthless establishment. Nobody needs pizza so fast that it’s not cooked all the way. Lady working the counter had great customer service but the cooks in the kitchen just flat out aren’t very good

Every single time I go to pick a hot and ready. Its not ready or its not hot. This place is so unbelievably poorly ran… really didn’t think you could mismanage a pizza joint, but these guys really proved me wrong.

Food is never on time for pick up orders. Hot and Ready pizzas are rarely available. Service leaves something to be desired. Extra star only for the pretzel crust.

I didnt receive my 2nd 2 liter i ordered and I called and nobody will answer, i called several times!!!!! So maybe yall will see this and either give me my 5$ 2liter or a refund or something

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, however, awareness has to be brought to this issue. I walk in and was noticed two separate times by two employees, and wasn’t even acknowledged. Mind you I was not there to pick up an order out of the machine, I was actually there to place an order. Interesting enough someone came in behind me and they immediately greeted him and asked how could they help! I walked and went right across the street to Pizza Hut.

My family got a few pizzas last week and the three of us who ate it got incredibly sick. The one family member who hadn’t ate any originally wanted to see if it was actually the pizza that made us sick. He tried it and three hours later was throwing up non stop.
I keep calling but it keeps hanging up i ordered to hot and ready pizza one cheese and one pepperoni but the pepperoni had bacon I can't eat bacon and I can't go back to the store

Absolutely ridiculous. I placed a delivery order assuming that it was coming from the NEW Melissa location, not the Anna location. I ordered the Fantastic Four-N-One and it was all messed up. One slice had little to no crust, one slice had only one sausage on it. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Absolutely… the lady at the counter extremely rude. Order was posted as ready at 5:38. Waited until 6:10 because they never made the order. Manager argued with us about the issue. When they gave us the receipt, they had closed it out at 5:33 to show it was on time.
