You have to use the self order boards which 3 out of my last 3 visits to a McDonald's the boards seem to take my order and definitely accepts my payment, but the humans in the back somewhere never get the order.

I will never go back to this McDonald’s for any reason. I literally ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel and a steak and egg and cheese on a bagel was told to pull forward waited 20 minutes just for them to forget and then when I ask for a refund they take the food as well. Unacceptable customer service

Only 3 people in line , we ordered from the kiosk took over 30 minutes, McDonald's supposed to be fast food. 30 minutes for precooked food is far from fast food. Having to wait that long ,everything we ordered should have been fresh and hot. What we received was far from fresh and hot.it seemed they put more attention on the phone ahead orders and then actual people in there store, the other guest in the store also had to wait 30 plus fir thier food

I went to McDonald's last night and order my child a 4 piece chicken nuggets and my child bit off of that damn nugget and it was a real tooth in my baby food like what the hell is going on and I ma pass pics off I will never eat here again in anna McDonald'

2 years ago I swore I'd never come back. Picked up food for family today, and couldn't ask for nicer service. The young folks working the drive-through were professional and polite, very courteous. Food came out hot and timely. They definitely earned 5 stars today!

In the last three weeks I have been trying to order breakfast through McDonald’s at least two or maybe three times a week they cancel my order and say they can’t make it for me. I am disabled right now and I cannot drive. I am so disappointed in this. Location is Ana Texas
