Paid for double Italian sausage, onion, and mushrooms. Where are the toppings I paid for? This is one of the worst pizzas I've had in a very long time. đ€ 3 years since my last review and nothing has changed. Hour and half for delivery to my house less than 5 minutes away. The woman was rude and unapologetic when I called. There won't be a 3rd time.

Pizza is excellent. Delivery drivers have dropped our Pizza on 2 different occasions. It was replaced quickly. Still frustrating

Donât expect great service or your order to even be correct. Just go to the pizza joint literally 25 yards awayâŠsave time and money! Letâs see, out of 5 orders from this place only 2 have been correct. Yes you read that correctlyâŠ60% fail rate! This is the worst one yet. Previously orders missing drinks I had to go back for the inconvenience but oh well thankfully they are 5 min away. Then missing a toppingâŠok a let down but still not what I ordered. Now adding a mountain of a disgusting topping that was no where on the order (or a modification of). Thankfully this wasnât a food allergy situation and can be picked off but the attention to detail is severely lacking at this place.
Now letâs talk about resolutions. I am not one to cause a commotion or go over the top biting someoneâs head off as mistakes happen, I get it, but my luck with this place is worse than my odds in Vegas. Every time I have informed them of the error within minutes, only to get possibly the most lack luster âoh uh sorryâŠâ apology ever, with no care in the world of the situation. Iâve had better apologies from inanimate objects. No offers of âhey hereâs a discount for next timeâ or âletâs remake that for youâ or anything. Extremely disappointing. Used to be an alright place for a decently good slice but has been diminishing quickly over time. Sad when there are so many other options within just a mile.
