Donuts are great, customer service is always terrible and I’ve been multiple times. I was told this morning by a very annoyed woman that she didn’t have time to make the chocolate donut holes to pick something else. The fact that they didn’t have them wasn’t the issue, her terrible attitude and clearly being annoyed towards me is the issue. I’ll drive a bit further to not be treated like that.

I have made several trips to PT’s. Every visit has been exceptional. Great service. I love the options of the drive through, especially when I am looking a hot mess. lol 😂 You have to get here as early as possible. They do tend to run out early because everything is soooooo goood! I just realized I have been here so many times so I have no picture right now… will have to add when I visit again. Everything is always freshly made daily.

Now I know why I like donuts so much. These were the best I have ever had, glazed donuts, glazed bavarian cream donuts, and long johns. They were so light and fluffy and soft (and gone in no time!) The perfect Saturday morning treat or every morning for that matter. I will be back again and again...
