My fiancé and I visited this establishment on 10/25/2025 around 3:00pm. At this time , the establishment was completely empty with only the employees there. But the food was amazing as always and the service was very friendly. I tried the pepper chicken and I have to say it is very peppery, But still delicious. When I went back up for extra sauce, it was no complaints.It was only met with friendly service. I definitely recommend this establishment to anyone that once a comfortable, quiet and friendly experience.

Straight up I want a real person to take my order at a drive-thru humans deserve a job I do not ever want a computer taking my order when I'm in person at a restaurant that is straight BS. You will not get another penny from me or my family until this has changed.

Went to pick up my own order along with a delivery order. The lady wouldn't give me my order though. She kept no you only have this order about the delivery order refusing to give me my own order. Got my order and my egg rolls burnt. The small side is smaller than my egg roll and not even full. Awful treatment to pick up a few pieces of chicken in a box and burnt egg roll w/ the wrong sauce. Awful experience.

Ordered drive thru, 15 minutes after I got my food looked into bag there was no silverware. My fault for not checking the bag before I left but there's not any finger food on the menu, how do you forget that?

This is the 3rd time in 2 months we have gotten burnt rice and extremely burnt teriyaki chicken. This is completely unacceptable. Figure out how to cook without burning it or hire someone who can. Sending this to corporate as well. Maybe if enough complaints are sent to corporate, you'll figure out how to cook without burning it!!
