I had a frustrating experience at Panda Express. An automated system tried to take my order but didn’t respond to me, and I was left waiting for someone to take over. After waiting for a while with no help, I decided to drive away. As I passed the drive-thru window, I saw two employees standing there, engrossed in their phones. Not impressed, Panda Express.

Ordered through DoorDash. 1 bigger plate with blazing hot chicken, orange chicken & chow mein. Regular plate blazing hot chicken, orange chicken & chow mein. Meal got here NO MEAT in the regular plate. Just chow mein. Called asking to get refunded because how do you forget the meat for the meal? And they can’t find our order?? Even though we ordered less than 30 minutes ago. We asked if they wanted the receipt number they said “no we have all the back orders but don’t see your order we remember someone coming to pick it up though. You can come get it remade but that’s all we can do for you” I am 8 months pregnant and ordered on doordash FOR A REASON. I can understand simple mistakes. But being 8 months pregnant and missing the biggest part of your meal is insane. Bad customer service & the chow mein is dry on top of everything.

Had delivered the order was spilled all over my front porch. The containers were sealed. Should I use three bags used one dumped it off the table everything sticky on my porch it’s disgusting. They should find me for my order and for the dot the dash.

Completely gone down hill robot ordering at drive thru and 90 percent cabbage on chow main. They stuffed the side areas full of chow main and just put a small amount of meat on top. Side portion of chowmain was 95% cabbage 3% onions 1% celery and 1% noodles.this place used to be my favorite now I doubt I'll ever eat here again!
