Every time my boyfriend and I have wanted to order a to-go from here, the lady on the phone makes the experience so uncomfortable. I don’t know why she wants to play 21 questions but it’s always so weird. “Are you sure you’re ordering from the Anna (insert address here) location?” Um yes…then she repeats him again, like what 😭. Then when we say we want a to-go “so is that carry out or delivery” “carry out” “so carry out, no delivery?” YES. What should be a 2 minute conversation turns into 5-10 if you go through all her questions. And then she always wants your credit card info over the phone, for some reason you can’t just pay in person?? This is the 3rd time we’ve considered ordering from here and now it’s the last. Nothing has changed.

Night manager tonight has terrible customer service skills. He hung up on me when I called in, and wasn't man enough to take my return call. He started making my pizzas and they finished 24 mins early when asked for pickup at 730pm. I guess he dont follow instructions very well. My pizzas sat around for 15 mins. Good thing I was 10 mins early. He is not a good person and has a terrible attitude. I'll never buy there again. Whatever your name is, you lost your company a customer. Hope you are proud of yourself. HR needs to pay you a visit and teach you that customers are always right. When you are wrong, admit it and fix the problem. As you said, be a HUMAN!!! WHAT A JOKE YOU ARE!!!

Ordered delivery and of course they charged me for 2 extra spicy sauces that i NEVER received when my order arrived. Called back and was told they would bring the sauces and the driver Barry never came. Called again and they said he was just walking into the store and he'll be on his way. He never arrived. Absolutely ridiculous and I will not be ordering here anymore. If you charge people for additional stuff THEN MAKE SURE they receive it that way your drivers wont be having attitudes and not receiving tips for lousy service.

Dough was old and they used a medium dough to make my lg hand-tossed pizza. It was tough, sour, and had no sauce on it as well as very little toppings. This was not worth 20 bucks and I have a hard time believing I will ever visit this location again. The one in McKinney never gives me this kind of service. Looks like ill only be having Papa' if im out in Mckinney because this location will see zero dollars more from me.

This place usually rates higher than this, with good pizza, that just needs to be a bit crispier. This time, they made both halves of the pizza entirely wrong, with missing and wrong ingredients, in spite of having the correct description on the box label. They did offer a free pizza next time when we called them.
It's kind of pointless to give you the ability to pre-order your pizza and request it be delivered at a certain time and still shows up over 30 minutes late. DO BETTER!

I ordered a extra large pizza half all meat and other was spouse to be pepperoni and onions and we end up with on the half that was supposed to pepperoni and onions we only got onions and no pepperoni and the other half was spouse to be all meat and we very little meat. Most definitely not worth what I spent for it

The gluten-free pizza crust is good here. It's thin and crispy, and it's a small pizza, but if you get it loaded with toppings, it's perfect. The staff is friendly and it's a great location!
