Does the city of Ann have a health department food inspection anymore if he or she must be on a long extended vacation because this place is horrible beans were sour my chicken was this really weird brown color and I'm not talking about the crust the actual meat and smelt like something from another planet in real rotten food beware

Food was OK, for a family fry box, they will NOT fill it, staff was rude, they yell through the intercom, and when you have to wait for chicken they are rude about informing you, I spoke to a staff member at the restaurant, and requested a manager, they gave me a cell number to the manager, a woman answered the phone, it sounds like she was his girlfriend screening his calls, she was rude too, she stated she would give the message to him, but I never heard back

Order Popeyes when I left work in Wylie, stopped in Anna on my way Home. When I pulled up to the drive-through and told them I had an online order I pulled up to the window. I was then informed they already gave my food away. I told them that I literally just drove there from Wylie so there was no way that it was me. I also told them I did not order off of DoorDash or Uber eats but directly off of the Popeyes website, they refuse to refund my money or remake my food. I had to get the Anna Police Department involved just to get my food remade. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this establishment in Anna Texas

I stayed in the car while the other person ordered and waited .... and waited.... And this was about 5:00 pm! At least it was fresh. The gravy was spicy and we didn't care for it. The biscuits were good.

Highly unimpressed.Visiting from out of state, and this is the first time I’ve been to Popeyes that I can remember. Ordered a small mashed potatoes and it had MAYBE a tablespoon of gravy on it. Gravy is not that expensive and there wasn’t even enough gravy for half the potatoes. The strips of chicken were really thin and some of it was so thin that it was 90% breading (You can see in the photos). Unfortunately, this was a to go order so I didn’t realize how bad it was until after we had left. I would definitely not go back.
Absolutely terrible experience last night at Anna, Tx location. After waiting 20min for chicken they never brought out until we knocked on the door only to rudely be told to drive back around and get in line to get it.

So many issues with the last 3 visits and these things happened EVERY Visit 1. Can't hear you to take your order even though I'm yelling in the drive thru 2. Interrupt or have to constantly repeat your order. 3. Get to the window and they have no idea what you ordered. 4. Still get your order wrong and have to go back in there 5. Driving away just to find out your food is cold or soggy ( One of the visits I had hot fries)
*Sigh* So much potential and a great location but .....
Update: I tried them again just because I was driving through and wanted to give them another chance.... Ugh I hate to say I got the same results but my biscuit was fresh.....the only thing in my bag that was fresh 😒

Usually don't have such a good experience at other Popeyes and this is now the only one I go to. Staff are just people acting normal which I love, but still put out great food and do it quickly. The inside has been clean every time I have gone in.
