I have always enjoyed the atmosphere at Starbucks and I usually order the same drink every time. I Love my Venti Blonde Iced Latte with only 2 shots and 9 pumps of Vanilla instead of only 7. I’ve been going to my local Starbucks since I moved here to a smaller town in TX and let me tell y’all the employees are truly what make Starbucks, Starbucks. I stopped there today 9/9 for some coffee and snacks with my daughter. This is what I saw in the food display. The place was a mess behind the counter with syrup and spilled drinks on the back counter covered in flies. Was pretty disgusting and very disappointing. The staff did not seem concerned when I said something or when I took pictures.
Ave (I think her name was) was the brightest most awesome barista I genuinely have ever had, she helped me pick my drink today and it was something I had never tried before but it didn’t end up being the drink for me, so she swapped it out for me! I offered to pay for the replacement because it wasn’t the stores fault that drink wasn’t for me, but she insisted that I don’t do that. She was so kind and helpful! I wish I could ensure that she would help me every time 💞
