Went to Anna and got a Starbucks! Rain was awesome, friendly and gave me a lot of options when thinking about trying something new! For sure would come back to this location.

I went in on my birthday (dec 22) at about 9:00pm and the two workers up front ( graham and a girl with two toned hair) were super sweet and even wrote a giant happy birthday with balloons on my cup. Loved it.

If you see that the drive through is packed and think it will be faster to go inside, think again. I went in and ordered right away but still waited 15 mins for one latte. Drive through definitely has priority, so just get in line! Good customer service and standard drinks.

Mobile order never ready when they say it’s ready on the app. Then you stand there waiting they say what’s your name and then proceed to make it after I arrive twice now I’ve been late for work come on get it together

Usually great experience here. Ordered ahead, got in line, and a black tundra in front of us had a drink that “didn’t look like their TikTok video” so the workers remade it. TWICE. Instead of telling the driver of the truck to pull around, they kept them in line. My frappe was melted and was chocolate milk by the time I got it. Husbands drink was watered down.. maybe make people pull around when stuff like that happens. The line was then backed up way past the entrance. Lots of drinks just sitting there too.

Best Starbucks in all of Texas and I’ve been to a lot! It’s clean, the staff are friendly and the service is quality. If there’s an issue, they are quick to resolve and do so happily but that is only very few and far in between. They are fantastic! This one seems much busier than most, at least certain days, however they still do a wonderful job in my opinion with still maintaining great quality and service. Good job 👍 to the management, team and everyone else there.

I want to give a special thank you to the sweet barista working the drive-through today. She went above and beyond by making my girl her very last pup cup. My pup has always absolutely loved Starbucks pup cups, and it meant so much to us that the barista was so kind and understanding in this moment. It may have been a small gesture to her, but it was a big memory for us. Thank you for the extra care and kindness the barista and Starbucks made our day a little brighter.
