4 girls working, 2 people in drive through, no one inside and me and my son weren't greeted coming into the store today (12.18). The last time I visited it was to return a cup my son was super excited to have (Texas themed) but when we tried to use it, we found out the lid was faulty and liquid spilled out. They wouldn't allow me to return or exchange because it was used. How else would we have found out it was faulty than by use? Had I not had integrity and lied I could have gotten a return. Or alternatively, your team could be trained to do what is right for the customer. Super disappointed

The slowest Starbucks I’ve been to nationwide (I travel for a living). Today it took more than 25 minutes to get a single latte, ordered on the mobile app. I would be happy to offer them some grace if it were the first time this happened. I happen to frequent this particular location fairly regularly. Over the two or three dozen orders I’ve made here in the last year, almost every one has taken 20+ minutes regardless of day of the week or time of day. They just seem to put mobile orders at the bottom of their give-a-crap list.

The workers do not greet me at door as they do most non black customers. Poor customer service to me, unfortunate and unacceptable.

Was wanting something sweet thus ordered one of my favorite drinks a White Chocolate Mocha. Today, it just wasn't the same. Paid for extra caramel drizzle and they didn't put it. When asked to please add it the girl at the window seemed bothered. ( after all I did pay for it ) then when I got it back it looked more empty than the first time. The drink was bitter and not sweet at all. Never had an issue at any other starbucks. This is the 3rd time for this location and thought 3rd times the charm, they would get it right, but they didn't. Maybe more training. Ended going home and not drinking it.

Oml the people complaining are dramatic. It's Starbucks, which is a want, not a need. Christ, it's not idk, chemotherapy. If you don't like your adult milkshake or wait, make your own at home.
This location is great 😊 I don't have to make my coffee, it's close to my house, & I don't even have to get out of my vehicle. 10/10

Don’t bother telling the staff they made your drink wrong nicely, they will argue with you and then make the same wrong drink. Terrible customer service. (10/26/24 in the AM)

Nobody in Starbucks ordered 20 minutes ahead and my coffee was not ready. Had to wait eight more minutes. Ridiculous at 5 AM. Starbucks is so slow and their customer service is horrendous.
