Walked into the subway in Anna tx. Located at 804 South Central Expressway Suite 200. I was not greeted as were the other customers that walked in after me. The two ladies that were working at the counter were catering to the gentlemen prior to my arrival. Afterwards, I assumed my son and I were next, however they begun to both fulfill an online order. It took both of them to actually work on the order together. I guess teamwork makes the dream work. This was not the case with them. They barely could speak English, we lacked in dialogue as to what my son was trying to order when they finally noticed that we weren't standing there to be sandwich observers, but to actually order a sandwich. I did not know sandwiches needed so much attention. I make sandwiches all the time for my family, wanted something quick today. I guess it was not the day for a Subway sandwich at this particular location. Decided to go somewhere else, not Subway. My honest and humble suggestion (Throw the whole staff away, start over.) Merry Christmas!!! šŸŽ„ Meant with all my love. Tis' the season to be Jolly....

Check your receipt they will overcharge you. They don’t speak good English. It’s hard to get your money back. Don’t do a very good job. They need a lot more training

Very pissed off at the fact my wrap I ordered was on flat bread the guacamole was brown cheese tasted old or like immatation I also got pepperoni dip and rolls the peppercorn ranch was like yellowish looking and they also put them on flatbread with 2 pepperoni and no cheese

I have used this location for several years and the food was always fantastic until lately. Apparently there is a new shift manager (maybe owner) and he barely puts marinara sauce on a meatball marinara sandwich. I believe in being patient as everyone has a bad day but today’s sandwich was ridiculous. There might have been a tablespoon of marinara sauce right in the middle of a 6ā€ sub but the majority the sandwich was completely dry (no sauce). This was the third time he’s done this to me. It was by far the worst tasting sub I’ve ever gotten. I definitely do not recommend this location.

The food was magical but the people there were horrible hate the people they made it so hard to just scan a flippin coupon took forever. I'm being generous by just giving them 5 stars. Stupid, stupid people.

Wife just ordered it online and walk in and they were finishing it up and it was so fresh and delicious. All those 1 star reviews had to be lies. Anyways from one business owner to another keep up the great work!!!

I don’t how these clowns still in business. First of all they do not speak English and hey good luck with making your sandwich right. Since I m trucker I have eaten subway more than they made. Anywhere in US I go I get 4 eggs per foot long. But these clowns said no it’s 2 per foot but we cut into 4 slices. What 2 eggs? What a stupid recipe they are making. They charged me stupid almost 8 dollars for the half of the recipe. People don’t not give them a business. They do not deserve it.spend somewhere.

I ordered here for food to be delivered yesterday. Both foot long sandwiches were made incorrectly. The order was missing two drinks and a bag of chips. When I called the store, I was told nothing could be done until today when the manager was in. I called door dash and they refunded subway all the money but subway is refusing to refund me anything. I’ve called multiple times today and the store won’t even pick up the phone. Horrible experience and will never get food from here again.
