You need to fix your online ordering, I went to the Anna location and it's forcing me to order from Allen with no option for Anna. Phone line is dead. Ordered in person abd they ended up forgetting an item. Not very convenient all around.

Slow service had to ask 5 times for salsa. My husband chicken and waffles was gross. The chicken was rubbery. Won't be back. Melissa will be my go to.

It was okay. The portions were pretty big, and the waiter was nice enough to give us recommendations for gluten-free substitutions. Though the staff looked very stressed. Not to mention, we only saw our waiter a total of 5 times. One for drinks, to order, to pay, and to give us back our check. One time to ask us how we are doing, but that is about it. Still good customer service but not much else.

Moved to Anna 6 months ago and have been a frequent visitor to the Cafe. Met our now favorite waitress Whitney there on our second visit. We have become regulars there in these 6 months but have noticed a change in the atmosphere due to the new Manager. It has become very uncomfortable as a customer to watch the Manager micro manage certain employees there and then chit chat with other employees. I have even had the opportunity to experience the Manager literally hovering over our table just so she could ease drop on the conversation between a waitress and the customer. Management needs to do better and maybe act a little more professional.

I brought my wife to have breakfast today 12/29/24 around 9 am There were three Hispanic ladies at the front desk by the door wich one of them gave us a table right behind this service desk 10 minutes waiting I ask one of the three ladies if she could bring us coffee she said, we'll notify your waitress of you. Ours waitress witney was busy so still look a few more minutes to be asked about drinks When she came she apologize for the delay and she was kind and friendly, but what impressed me is how this three ladies just talking three behind us just don't care i know was not their table but will be nice if they help each other like a team because doing actions put the whole restaurant in a bad place, good management in a restaurant is important, and this tells me why the restaurant is melissa waiting people to be seated and this one in anna had empty tables! Service play very important piece on a restaurant.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I went there for breakfast with my family, and after a long wait, our food finally arrived—only to find that part of my order was burnt. I requested to speak to the manager about adjusting my bill since part of my meal was inedible. It quickly became clear that she had no interest in resolving the issue. After a lot of back and forth, she agreed to take off only 50 cents from the bill. I strongly advise saving your money and not wasting your time at this place.
