Typically fast food places aren't great but the staff here makes it better than average.

I hope the general manager or owner of this franchise reads this. I come to this Taco Bell often and every time I come the service is fantastic. Big smiles great attitude and great conversations. I’ve never been to a Taco Bell where I get this level of service. Seriously impressed. Great work guys.

Lady at the window was on her phone typing away as food sat next to her. Longest wait time ive ever had there. Then gave me food with no drinks. Had to ask for them multiple times. Not a bad location, but crappy service.

I know its fast food but this place was super clean, the staff was friendly and the manager even checked on us. If you're craving KFC this is the spot!

This is the crappiest food place in Anna and how can you make a Taco Bell crappy? Long lines, crappy service.. literally called up there twice, asked them not to forget adding taco sauce. They forgot twice. Don’t waste your money here. Have it brought from another store

I stopped by here at this KFC on 7/3/25 4:05pm after a long day on the road, specifically at the truck stop nearby. I was looking to grab something to eat for my journey ahead
During my visit, I approached the cashier to complete my purchase. I noticed that while I was waiting, the cashier engaged in a friendly conversation with another customer, who received prompt assistance. Which stood in stark contrast to how I was treated from the previous customer, who both appeared to be of a different background. With me the cashier appeared to be very dismissive, ignoring me, and after that not paying full attention my order.
This incident left me feeling undervalued as a customer. It was disappointing to receive such varying levels of service based on what seemed to be bias rather than merit.
I encourage this KFC to consider providing additional training to staff on customer interactions to ensure all customers feel welcomed and valued, regardless of their background. Fair treatment is essential in fostering a positive shopping experience.
Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope my experience helps in making this KFC a better place.

Don’t even bother go there, it’s just waste of your time. I ordered 8 pc chicken 15 mines before I arrive there and waited another 20 minutes at store and still haven’t received my order.
UNLESS you known their manager in person which he can cut skip all the line and just place your order on their drive-through computer and u will get your order right away. Which just happened today, someone walked in and placed the order this way, pay up and get his order( 4 big bucket) and walk out the store in less than 5 minus while all the order people( 5 at least) stand there waiting in the line and not getting their order for another 30 minutes.
So if you don’t know their manager don’t even bother with them. It’s the worst service I ever had.

Thanks for closing earlier than you're supposed to so you can count money and clean, that's awesome, really screws up those of us who have to spend all day and night out trying to make money delivering food for people. Thank you so much, now I have to stay out later!!! 👍🏼

🌮🔥 5 Stars – Taco Bell Ruined My Life and I’d Let It Do It Again 🔥🌮
I walked into Taco Bell with hopes, dreams, and a mild hunger. I walked out a changed human being, a warrior reborn through the sacred fires of seasoned beef and regret.
Let’s talk menu: everything sounds like it was dreamed up by a mad scientist with a deep love for crunch and chaos. I ordered a Doritos Locos Taco, a Crunchwrap Supreme, a Quesarito, and a side of poor decisions. The cashier didn’t blink. They knew. They’ve seen this before.
First bite: Euphoria. That Crunchwrap hit me like a roundhouse kick from a cheese-drenched luchador. The flavors detonated in my mouth; spices doing the salsa on my tongue, sour cream acting like it owned the place, and ground beef whispering sweet nothings to my arteries.
Then came the hot sauce. I don’t know what’s in Diablo Sauce, but I’m 94% sure it’s ghost pepper extract mixed with the tears of ancient Aztec gods. I kept adding more because pain is temporary, but Taco Bell glory is forever.
Cut to 3 a.m. I was in the fetal position on the bathroom floor, whispering my regrets to the tiles, sweating out decisions I hadn’t even made yet. My soul tried to leave my body. Taco Bell dragged it back and said, “You’re not done yet.”
And they were right.
Would I return? Yes.
Would my intestines file a restraining order? Absolutely.
Would I still door-dash a $40 box of tacos at 1:47 a.m. on a Wednesday?
You bet your spicy little cinnamon twists I would.
Taco Bell isn’t just a fast food joint; it’s a rite of passage. A fiery, cheesy, mildly traumatic religious experience that you never truly recover from.
And I love them for it.
10/10. Would ignite my insides again. 🔥

Jokes on me for assuming what I ordered would be in the bag…..half the order was NOT! Called 3 times to no avail. Taco Bell/Kfc and they must be working on the cure for cancer.

Saturday 5.31.25 2 o’clock pulled into the drive-through someone was ahead of me they ordered they paid they pulled forward they got their food and they left. No one asked to take my order. I waited for at least 10 minutes saying hello twice … No one came and took my order so I pull up to the drive-through window and the young lady opened the door and looked at me and says yes and I said I’ve been waiting for someone to take my order. A man behind her was clearly taking the person behind me order on his headset and held up a finger at me … when I told the lady that I’ve been waiting for over 10 minutes with people behind me, she said dang and just stared at me didn’t offer to take my order. Didn’t say one moment just a deer in the headlight stare 🙄 Corporate really needs to get some better trainers. I said have a nice day and just drove off. No thank you.
