Love our Texas Roadhouse in Anna! The food and service is great! We've been here multiple times and the staff is amazing both for sitting in and doing a pickup order. Mondays are kids eat free days and it's a great experience for the kids!

I’ve been a loyal Texas Roadhouse customer for over 20 years and have had hundreds of visits, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.
We arrived Sunday around noon, no wait. It took far too long just to get deviled eggs. I asked for 1000 Island and was given ranch, then had to wait another 10 minutes before our server came back around so I could even correct it.
The bigger issue was the food. My husband’s burger, ordered well done, came out medium-rare. My steak, ordered medium, was served well done and tough as leather. We were on a time limit and couldn’t wait for them to fix it, so the food was basically inedible.
When you spend this kind of money to eat out, the least you expect is to get your order right. Extremely disappointed and honestly embarrassed by how poor this visit was. After this, my husband doesn’t even want to come back.

We dined in last Saturday!! Our server Donny was an amazing server!! Although it was quite packed he made sure all tables had what was needed and at no time did we have to ask for refills. We will definitely be asking for him on our future visits.

I called in a To-Go-Order and when I picked it up the plastic utensils I requested werent there, they didnt give me the drink for my grandkids order and there was no bread, or napkins. I went back in twice to get these things which mutes the point of a quick to go order.

We live in Anna but we have to drive to McKinney for a good Texas Roadhouse experience. Have been to this Anna location 5 times. Four out of those five times, our appetizers never came. We ordered them, then the food comes out so we had to cancel them because we didnt want them at the same time as our food. They have given us free vouchers for appetizers for this reason but we never were able to redeem them because the next time it would happen again. Got tired of it so now we just drive down to McKinney when we want roadhouse. The Mckinney location is excellent. Great food and service. What a shame.

We love TX Roadhouse. Steaks and Ribs are great. The Critter salad is good too.
Went to Texas Roadhouse and it totally hit the spot. The rolls with cinnamon butter are dangerously good—I could eat a whole basket by myself. I had the filet medallions, cooked perfectly, super flavorful. The service is always on point. Great spot if you’re craving a solid steak and a laid-back vibe.

I have eaten at Texas Roadhouse locations across the country. This was my favorite. Our server made us feel like we were here priority. And my bone-in ribeye was one of the best I've ever had. We'll be back.
