Awful. For the past two days they have gotten my very simple order wrong. You quite literally have a screen in front of you that tells you EXACTLY what is supposed to be on the burger. It is not that difficult to make a cheeseburger properly. Hope yall learn how to read properly.

Yo it would be great if you mixed y’all’s milkshakes and didn’t have half the milkshake filled with whipped cream. This ain’t a milkshake this was a whipped cream mountain. was I supposed to mix this myself? DIY milkshake from sonic fr. Stuck my whole finger into the “milkshake” and still didn’t touch ice cream, just whipped cream. 0/10 don’t like whipped cream like that and didn’t wanna hit a bottom of just Reese’s and peanut butter. Almost popped a blood vessel trying to suck the Reese’s and peanut butter up that straw. I would’ve just eaten out of a peanut butter jar if I wanted to. With love xoxo average milkshake lover

90 percent of the time when I come here, the ice cream machine is broken, and they don't tell you until after you order, or they don't tell you at all that it's broke, they just say, "we can't do that". Also, every time I get a slushie it's already half melted.
The place never has ice cream, I've tried coming here several times and they always say the ice cream machine is broken. Got a burger here once and it was dry af, and they didn't give me any ketchup with so it was basically inedible.

Horibble. This place sux. Never any ice cream. ( 7 visits no ice cream) Today they have SOME ice cream, no blasts or shakes due to malfunction. Last week fryer was down along with ice cream, AND they ran out of mustard???? This place has 7 stalls inop, and more that wont read your card….

Ordered chili fries and they did not give a fork. also Ordered burger with out onion. of course there were onions. it was not busy at the time we were there. the order looked right on screen, but not what we got. could do better with details.
