Nice and clean inside, the bathroom was clean. It's our pre-order through the app. And my sandwich was ready upon arrival,As per order. Employees were happy and friendly!

I thought this is one of the best subway restaurant I have been to in the US. I go there twice in a week to get my lunch. Food is fresh all the vegetables, But now, I feel like not everyone but the lady employee she get bothered when I go there like I am going to ask food for free. She didn’t even ask how I like my sandwich. Moreover, even if you greet them they won’t respond. I feel like they discriminate customers. So I have decided not to go there anymore to bother them.

Terrible service. Placed an order through the app and they didn’t bother making it till I got there. Only ham was on my turkey and ham. The thinnest layer of just ham. Learn good customer service and give people what they pay for.

I tried calling in an order multiple times. Nobody answered & when I went to store to find out I was told lies as to why they didn’t answer.
It’s one thing not having a business answer the phone when that’s part of the business & then lying about why. So I don’t like being lied to over little things like why yall didn’t answer the phone. If you lie about little things you lie about all things.

I ordered 26.04 dollars worth of food online it was never made I was told the money would be returned by Roxann this was almost a month ago. I call in the AM and PM and the phone isn’t answered and when I go by I’m told to come by the next day. In my world I work for a living. This is fraud. I want my money back and I will not ever bother Anson Subway again
Was having a great day and a good experience. However one of the workers named Eddie was working and would not stop talking, even though I was nice and talked back I was super uncomfortable. He asked how much I made and where I worked along with other personal questions. The other times I’ve came in were great but I try to avoid coming in when Eddie is working as much as possible.
Kid-friendliness: The workers are around 16-18 so they are super kind.

My sandwich was not even cut. My boyfriend‘s sandwich was so thin had nothing on it every time I go there I go when Eddie is working. He does an amazing job. He’s nice great worker I came in today. This girl with black hair. Was so rude. She also did not wrap my sandwich properly. Completely lack of care she was a lousy worker June 20 24 at 3:00 pm
