Had placed an order online today 12-15-2024. Stated it would be ready in 20 min. Waited in the parking lot. With 3 min left till it’s ready. The order was cancelled, no issue with card, just lazy ass workers. No cars in line and there were no one in the lobby while we waited. I would not recommend ordering or eating here. Close it down

Will be taking this case to higher ups and even take it to civil trial, We were served rancid tacos at the establishment and and got police involved. We knew we are not being the only people on the same day 11/30/24 reporting rotten/rancid food. This is a health violation. Floors had water and none working drainages. The inspection certification is from 2/16/2024. City of El Paso violation of a misdemeanor to violators of up to $2000 dollars. Management reading this will have their business in shambles and are not protecting citizens health safety.

I payed 51 dollars for this. Tacos were so Bad they fell apart and literally less than 10 minutes. The famous bowl was still frozen. The 10 piece was so bad that I had to separate the grease from the meat so my kids could eat. The setting is I keep on ordering, hoping it’ll get better. This is not the case.

Waited at drive thru for 15 mins just for an order of fries. When I got home I realized they charged me for a piece of chicken that was as big as my thumb. I called and talked to Monica and was pretty much told that I should have asked for a different piece of chicken and that they are charging everyone for a full piece of chicken that has less meat than a nugget. Will never order here again. Times are already hard inflation going up and I refuse to pay for nothing.

If I could give this place no stars I would, they take forever every time, the food is good but whenever I go in to check if my order is ready it’s sitting there while they’re chitchatting. I wish there was another kfc or Taco Bell in this area or just better management.

I got my order incorrect and they didn't give me any sauces. The customer service was pretty bad as I felt rushed and was asked to just pull forward. I live 20 minutes away so it was disappointing to have gotten my order wrong. Unfortunately this is not the first time, we decided to give it another try as we have really enjoyed this place in the past. I'm not sure what is going on with management or what is different but unfortunately it seems like many people agree with me.

Ordered 2 #3 combos, one all white.. these guys have NO CLUE what white meat is. We asked 2 times and the girl just ignored us!Sorry but NEVER going back as the $26 we paid was just not worth it.

Rude employees rushing me when I order I wish my wife and kids weren't in the car with me when an incident happened. Don't come here y'all they spit in your food and even spit lugis in your drink. That girl Jazmin needs to be fired so rude and that's why I like others won't be coming here anymore.
I’ve been waiting outside with my car running waiting for my order I had to call them and they said there still making the gravy?? It’s more than 15 min I finally got my order and my mash potatoes came all watery it looked like soup and they even forgot my bean burrito. I had to walk in and the kitchen looked all dirty, latex glove thrown on the floor big mess.

The chicken was burnt and it was $10 for two small pieces of chicken and a drink..like wow inflation in New Mexico City is out of control.
