I got my order incorrect and they didn't give me any sauces. The customer service was pretty bad as I felt rushed and was asked to just pull forward. I live 20 minutes away so it was disappointing to have gotten my order wrong. Unfortunately this is not the first time, we decided to give it another try as we have really enjoyed this place in the past. I'm not sure what is going on with management or what is different but unfortunately it seems like many people agree with me.

Ordered 2 #3 combos, one all white.. these guys have NO CLUE what white meat is. We asked 2 times and the girl just ignored us!Sorry but NEVER going back as the $26 we paid was just not worth it.

I’ve been waiting outside with my car running waiting for my order I had to call them and they said there still making the gravy?? It’s more than 15 min I finally got my order and my mash potatoes came all watery it looked like soup and they even forgot my bean burrito. I had to walk in and the kitchen looked all dirty, latex glove thrown on the floor big mess.

I usually lik coming to this kfc/Taco bell. I've never had any issues, but this time I went for lunch and the drive thru cashier Jazmin was very rude. You could tell in her voice she was annoyed and doesn't like her job. She interrupted me before I could finish my order and when I asked her if she had got the extra taco I ordered her response was "ya, got it"... if you don't like your job find something that does not involve customer service because you should not be working there.

Currently closed for remodeling but they took my friend's money for an order I couldn't even pick up for her bcuz it's completely closed. However it also says in maps it's open. I also tried calling their number and it's not in service.

It’s getting expensive to eat at KFC, it’s delicious but expensive.
I ordered (2) 2 pc dinners with a wing and breast to go. Instead they gave me both dinners with a leg and thigh. How difficult is this? Only half full container of mashed potatoes and plain coleslaw, no dressing of any kind. No matter they have such a bad overall rating.

Lobby and restrooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and acknowledged us as we approached.We had choice of KFC or Taco Bell. Went for a 2 piece and a 3 piece original and was not disappointed. ? the coating was flavorful and delicious and the chicken breast was really tender and not over cooked. They are doing it right at this location. ?
