I hadn’t been to Little Caesars in years and decided to give it another try. Big mistake. The pizza was horrible—overloaded with sauce and slapped together with no care. The service was just as bad; the cashier looked annoyed the entire time. The line was out the door and there was zero organization. This place seriously needs better management and staff training, or they’re going to keep losing customers.

Worse pizza I’ve ever gotten here… put an online order 30 mins before arriving to store, it wasn’t ready waited another 30 mins inside store until they gave us the food, went home, pizza undercooked and crazy puffs over cooked from the outside and inside not cooked. Maybe temp too high that burns the outside faster than the inside? Idk I’m not a pizza baker but this was bad.
Going to dominos next not here that we’ve been since 2005

I don't know if the drive thru cashier was high or anything, but she gave us our pizza but never our change and when we asked where's our change she looked confused and gave us 2 peppers than we said no our change she was confused again but gave us our change

Never buy anything from this place.
Beware of unexpected hair in your pizza.

Incredibly rude and irresponsible employees, we picked up a pizza through the drive thru, they closed the window and never came back, we knocked and honked, they didn't give us our dips, napkins, peppers. One employee walked out a pizza and saw us at the window and still did not come help us. Corporate needs to get a hold of this location.

I go through the drive thru yesterday to order a classic pepperoni. The girl charges me EMB. I didn't want to complain for getting charged the extra $2-4, i made the most of it and said I'd enjoy it anyway. but what is super annoying is the fact that it was a classic in the box, no extra Pepperoni's. I feel robbed.

This last pizza we got was, let me tell you, Muncho Bueno!! Reason being the 3 of us all said independently that it was really good Pepperoni 🍕😋. Our thumbs 👍👍👍 BonBay

I HAD A MUSHROOM PIZZA WITH BELL PEPPERS BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE SPINACH, WASNT HAPPY BOUT THAT BUT I KNOW EVERY PLACE IS DIFFERENT.
