Placed my order through the kiosk, and it took 20 minutes to get my order. The staff here don't care how long it takes to get your order. They just tell you to wait and blow you off, hoping you'll just go away. Thendining area was very dirty, and no one working seemed to care. If they don't want people to dine in, they should just lock the doors. Service here is terrible. Once I got my order, it was missing pancakes, which took another 10 minutes. Food also was cold. This is not a good place to expect service from the people working there. They act like they're doing you a favor. You ask someone for something, and they pretend they don't hear you. I will never come back here.

Sad here no place to lock up you mountain bike when you order your food and if you drive through the drive through on a mountain bike they won't serve you not a place to ride into if you have a 500.00 or 1500.00 mountain bike very sad ? riding in this heat head office fix this with a bike rack they have them in elpaso tx and Las cruces n.m and in albuquerque nm too!

Ordered on the app and the service was slow. The person working the drive thru was dismissive and rude. I regret coming here.
No matter time of day they are always super slower they get the orders wrong we order Thur the app and still make us wait a a pick up spot just very bad training got to intercom at 125pm gave my app code it’s 145 pm now and still no order they came and gave me the wrong order for someone else so still waiting

I live near this McDonalds and I stop coming for moths at a time to see if this places closes or gets any better but it never fails that their service and food is horrible not warm enough, obviously not freshly made! And as if I don’t know how fast food restaurants work they couldn’t change me the toy to the happy meal because apparently “that’s all they had”, like if the kids happy meal isn’t expensive enough it cost the same as an adult meal JEEZ!!
