Standard McDonald's. Nobody working the register.

Very bad service. We waited for long time to have our order ready and it was incomplete. We asked for the rest of the order but still gave us the wrong items. We also ordered two coffees with 8 and 8 but they give us both of the coffees without any sugar.

WORST MC DONALDS I'VE VISITED, I work around the area and sometimes I pick up lunch or dinner before going to work , Every single time I visit there's always something wrong , either they're out of something or wrong order and waiting a long time is eminent, their excuse is always "we're short handed" this has been going on for over 3 years . Worst in Texas.

Took 45 minutes for 3 cars in line. Also I ordered no cheese not no everything. I’m just tired of eating McDonald’s tbh, I can’t recall a time at any location where they just deliver what you paid for, no wonder their numbers are crashing

They take way too long to get small orders out, we had to leave without our order and we couldn’t even get refunded. if you atop here is just faster to pick something from the gas station.

The customer service for lack of customer service is very poor which I couldn't even make my order, Whether it was on the app on online or with a person to person experience. Therefore I did not order and went somewhere else today. This place sucks.

I ordered two medium cups of water and was told the charge would be $3.00. When I asked for the manager’s contact information, the manager on duty offered me two x-small cups of water at no charge. While I appreciate this gesture, it does not change the fact that charging for water reflects poor customer service and a lack of long-term vision. In a nation as prosperous as the United States, it’s disappointing to see basic needs like water being monetized. Such practices erode the quality of the customer experience and give the impression that the country is slipping toward third-world standards, where access to essentials is limited. A simple act of offering water for free would have left a much better impression, showing that the business values customer satisfaction over small profits.

It's been 30 minutes and I still haven't received my order while other people received their larger orders and came in after me. All I ordered was an coffee and a burrito. They can't say they were busy. There aren't that many people even here. I'm still giving it five stars though cuz I like it here

The staff is friendly. They are busy and need to have more people working. They have the person at the counter just taking orders. There's 10 people in line waiting for orders. Plenty of parking as they are inside a Loves.

Rude service. More than 3 times already haha. The wait is ridiculous especially because there was no one in line. And got the order wrong, even though I ordered online.
