The early morning shift is awesome with the 5 AM crew. The manager is great, and the food is delicious. However, today at 11am I ordered a McCrispy meal with large fries. The fries were very soggy and not filled to the top.

Staff are so dependent on the kiosks that there is virtually no counter service. Simple order took 15 minutes. I marked the order as special request but when I went to the counter after my order was placed in the pickup rack, the staff ignored me for over 5 minutes so I left. Another person was also waiting at the counter to order. Food was just OK.

Says it was open 24 hours on their window and on the app, ordered food and came by around 6:15 am, and the worker there was so rude to me as a deaf person and told me to come back at 8 am. If it says it’s open 24 hours, shouldn’t it be open 24 hours? Horrible workers, horrible place.

There is a horrible manager on staff. I believe his name is Justyn and he’s incredibly rude and can’t be bothered to take orders right. My order was simple yet of course when I get home and open my meal there’s food missing. Not only that but the employees are treated horribly by this manager. It needs to be brought to somebody’s attention.

Biggest scam of a McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They charge $1.19 just to get Mac sauce added on the burger. Most places this is either free or .50 extra. Burgers are all also priced $2.00 above other locations. They’re clearly money hungry here
