We got here before opening time, expecting a line but there was none, especially with a 4.7 on maps. They were out of Dino ribs even though we were the first customer, we were fine with that and ordered a plate of brisket and sausage with Mac and cheese a side. The sausage was good, the casing was crispy and it wasn't dried out. The brisket was lean but not too dry. Being as this was my first time of MANY to come, I can confidently say that this restaurant came as a shock to me who isn't the biggest meat lover. Nonetheless, this place was curated with an amazing atmosphere, staff, and of course the food itself. The whole time I was there, from the sit down to the 5 minute wait, was just a good experience all around.
