I could not believe that they didn’t have ice for my drink in my combo. The soda was hot and without gas, and I couldn’t substitute it with anything. To top it off I was asked to park and wait for my food which took a very long time for me to receive.

Poor customer service waited 5 minute just to order and when i finally ordered waited like 20 minutes just to get a cold chicken sandwich and a soggy soft taco there excuse was they were waiting on fries which was a lie there was 5 people that walked in after i ordered all had the big box which came with fries and they all got there orders so i told the guy what was going on he tried to excuse himself and was going to make me new sandwich but i got my money back instead too much time spent and lost here wont b coming back anytime soon went across to wendys instead they were busy and still had my food hot and ready less than 6 min too bad lost a good customer i been coming here for the past 3 years but unfortunately today was not good bad management i wonder what happened to other manager

The girl Had molasses for blood. Didn't want to be there. Tacos were soggy . Stuck to the paper .
Qualify control needs to reviewed by a district manager. The quality of the chicken after cooked. Soggy, or sometimes burned skin. Tacos absolutely need better ingredients. Something as simple as lettuce looks days old. Wrapping of the product is horrible. Many, many times they have done a descent job.
