Ordered our food via drive thru. We were asked to wait in the parking lot. 20 minutes later and no food. I Had to get down and ask where my order was. Not coming back here again.

Qualify control needs to reviewed by a district manager. The quality of the chicken after cooked. Soggy, or sometimes burned skin. Tacos absolutely need better ingredients. Something as simple as lettuce looks days old. Wrapping of the product is horrible. Many, many times they have done a descent job.

The service stinks here my order was messed up then the fountain area is so nasty and then the tables finally found one clean. This place is so unhealthy from this uncleanliness. Tables from the angle I took them doesn’t show dirty but they was very dirty. Only put a star so I could make a review so very disappointed in this place and there is no one but us here pretty disappointed very much can’t believe this place!!!!!! When I was manger of a restaurant in the past cleanliness and getting orders right and make a great restaurant as a whole was top priority.!! The restaurant would had been shut down if it would has been reported this way and no open until place was spotless and all workers understood their job. Not one time I had to do this cause my workers and I took pride in where we work and the people we served. That was a different restaurant name I was running but when I use to work for a Taco Bell in the past we took pride in what we all did !!!! You and your employees seem to not take proud for all this to happen get it together come on !!!

These are the nastiest tacos I have ever received from any Taco Bell. You can tell they have been sitting in the warmers for hours. No crunch, stale and soggy tacos.

They need to update their business hours. It says here they close at 9 I went at 8:25 and the speaker stated they were closed. There was cars parked around waiting on their food….
Overall great experience. You can tell there's been a big change in management. Jazmin has done an awesome job at bringing great customer service and short wait times

They Always Bring the food out all together and let u wait for an almost hour & sometimes they misplace ure food if you traveling out here or live in Anthony don't go here go to another Taco Bell in New Mexico Cause you waste money and the people aren't friendly

Food is good but I get charged for almost $4 for a tea and they don't have any sweetener, rather get Starbucks at that price. Then to top things off when I get my own sweetener and decide to taste the tea, it's already sweet! I'm diabetic and asked for unsweet. Very poor customer service.
