Went asked for 2 spicy and on original asked for the original to have extra pickles and cheese they charge 1.50 for the cheese did not give it to me and didn't do the extra pickles I'm pregnant so that was my cravings have been calling they don't answer but they charge for everything extra you get even ketchup.

I didn’t receive my chicken nuggets in my order and after a long day not having my food order correct can bring anyone down. I went back the next Day and Mika one of the employees replaced my nuggets and made my day. She went above and beyond and gave me a couple extra nugs. Thank you Mika

Stopped by at Wendy's to pick up our online order which consisted of the new frosties and wanted to try them. On my way home, I noticed the frosties were made out to be just regular frosties so I headed back to the restaurant. I spoke to a manager and a team member and told them what had happened. Rest assured they immediately apologized and made us new frosties and had them out right away. Great customer service here. Will be back again

They had my order ready in about 75 seconds 😭 lol so of course the food was stale. The fries and nuggets slightly warm but oddly hard. The burger looked terrible because buns were wet like they had been wrapped in the foil all day.

I went on the 8th around 1:30 to get food I gotten it after I had ate it 4 hours later I felt sick to my stomach had gotten food poisoning I had #1 med combo later that night I constantly threw every 2 hours at least 5 times throughout the night I won’t be coming back
