I didn’t receive my chicken nuggets in my order and after a long day not having my food order correct can bring anyone down. I went back the next Day and Mika one of the employees replaced my nuggets and made my day. She went above and beyond and gave me a couple extra nugs. Thank you Mika

Stopped by at Wendy's to pick up our online order which consisted of the new frosties and wanted to try them. On my way home, I noticed the frosties were made out to be just regular frosties so I headed back to the restaurant. I spoke to a manager and a team member and told them what had happened. Rest assured they immediately apologized and made us new frosties and had them out right away. Great customer service here. Will be back again

Michelle P is always awesome 👏 she has a smile on her face and excitement in her eyes. I can respect customer service workers that actually enjoy what they do . Stopping at this location weather I’m on 4 wheels or 18 . It’s always a pleasure to have good service and great food .
