Sooo disappointed at how minimal the Whataburger Jr has become. Patty as thin as cheese with no flavor and cheese as thin as paper. Visiting for holidays and was so looking forward to our W treat, but very disappointed. 😔

Drove through a Sunday at 230 pm and stayed there for minutes without anyone taking my order. Drove to the window was there for a couple of minutes and I had to honk to get some one to take my order.they asked me to pull up to the yellow line to wait for my order. Waited over 20 minutes and never got my order.I had to walk in the restaurant and ask for it.

Whataburger always comes through! Every time I go, the service is fast and the staff is super friendly — it’s consistent and appreciated. I always order the grilled chicken salad and it’s always fresh, flavorful, and made just right. It’s hard to find that kind of consistency at fast food spots, but they really nail it every time. Definitely one of my go-to places!
