Ordered a cake and when I went to pick it up I was charged more than what I was told, the writing was done horribly on it, and I specifically told them no sprinkles on it and they put sprinkles on it. Waited up front for a manager that never came. When I called the store and finally spoke to a manager named Ashley she said no one called her. Had to go back up to the store and it was a waste of time. No care that I was charged a different price than I was told or the fact that the writing was done horribly and sprinkles were put on it even though I told them not to put any.

Barely better than Aransas Pass. But lack of choices, horrid parking lot and the employee smoking section is seriously 10ft from the front door. But at least they have a decent seafood counter.

Went to heb this morning. The lady monitoring self checkout was so rude. Been going to this location for all my life. But with her attitude won't be going back. If she has problem with dealing with public maybe she should not be there. That's not only store there is. Was ready to walk out without groceries.
I LOVE OUR FLOUR BLUFF HEB EXCEPT FOR THE SACKERS!!! THEY KNOW ZIP, ZERO HOW TO SACK GROCERIES CORRECTLY!! I WAS TAUGHT THE CORRECT WAY AND THEY DON'T COME CLOSE KNOWING HOW!!!!
