Definitely the worst dry and cold chicken so they served it to me when I went to tell them they said they would change it but they only replaced 4 pieces the others were just as dry and cold as you can pay for this garbage $50 dollars

I was served mold on my food. When I went to complain and ask what was going to be done the staff was very unprofessional and not understanding.
I ordered a 3 piece dark, and normally, it's pretty good but that was the driest dark meat ever. Disappointing 😞

Stopped in lastnight. God was either watching out for my health, or this has to be the laziest crew ever. I stood there too long waiting for order to be taken and decided to finally move on down to DQ.

The manager was rude. I ordered online so I did not stop at the order board and pulled directly to the window to pick up my order. I was told next time I needed to stop at the speaker, it's the only way they know your here. Not so much what she said, but how she said it. The food sucked. Nothing like I remember. I had not been to a Popeyes chicken in years, and after today's experience it will probably be years or longer before I return again.

They can only wait on one customer at a time they can not get a order right ever and the wait time is crazy 2 people inside and 1 car 5 mins before they take your order then another 10 to get it never going back
