One cup of coffee with sm amount SF Vanilla ordered. I waited 15 minutes for the coffee. As usual 4 or 5 baristas in the store and one was working. Two were busy chatting with a customer, at the end of the counter. When they finished their apparently hilarious discussion, one (that appeared to be a customer) went behind the counter and was filling orders. When I received my decaf it was with regular vanilla and hazelnut (which I detest). I have not been in a store for a couple years, now I recall why.

I got a Pink Drink and it didn’t taste right at all. Sort of sour taste and I threw it away because I just couldn’t drink it. I feel a little ill after the little I drank.

Wow, I just went in this Starbucks. No one in line., Five women working no one said hi no one said thank you, this has to be the worst service ever. Please let your staff have some of the espresso so that they can get some energy!
