Solidly OK for what it is and for the outer suburb location but it's not a real specialty/third wave place like the "coffee lab" name suggests. Everything, even an espresso, comes in an ugly disposable cup but you still pay inner city prices sans the sidecar. The espresso was a medium-dark roast, lacked sweetness, and honestly reminded me of charbucks. There are decorative burlap coffee bags strewn next to a show piece roaster and claims of rotating seasonal single origin coffee but it seems to be mostly pretentious pandering and minimal delivery. Service is a bit curt and comes with a rehearsed spiel if you ask about the coffee. It's a good place if you want to support local business and/or get watered down tea and flavored coffee drinks. The restrooms are nice and they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Ok I know this is a coffee place, but I thought I'd stop and grab a chai latte. Not a coffee drinker. Figured it would be just OK, like most are. This was THE BEST iced chai I've ever had in my entire life. I really contemplated going back for a second one after my errand (that only took an hour). Not sure what magic they're sprinkling inside, but go taste you some.

Overall a really great experience. Nice venue for coffee, with fewer distractions than the other two locations. Food options could be better.

Great, quiet place to get some work done! There are a few bean here locations but this one is my favorite. It's a little out of the way and always plenty of seats. There is a second story here as well with couches! The coffee is always pretty decent and there are chargers at most tables to keep your gadgets juiced for all your needs.Definitely a favorite spot to focus!

On a recommendation from a friend, I had been meaning to stop here for quite a while. It is a bit out of the way unless you live near Arcola, Fresno, Manvel or Pearland but it is definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.It looks very unassuming from the outside but I thought the atmosphere and vibe inside was artistic and unique. It looks like there is work going on both in the art of coffee making and painting.I was in a bit of a rush at the time, preparing for a trip, so I didn’t have time to sit in there and drink my coffee. I ordered an iced Vanilla latte and it wasn’t bad. I also ordered a flat white that was really good.I struck up a conversation with a local artist who gives art lessons there in the studio, while I waited for my drink. Her artwork was on display and overall it was a very interesting and distinctive space. I noticed that there was a staircase leading to a balcony where seating was available as well. There was not a lot of people there at the time but the space is large and there is a lot of unique decorations and designs to capture your imagination while you wait.If you’re in the area or would like to enjoy a cup of coffee in an artistic ambience, check this place out!

I stopped by two days in a row. I first saw Bean Here on Yelp and noticed all of the positive reviews! I see why my Yelp friend Aruna K. was hesitant to write her review because I sort of feel the same after finally trying it. I selfishly don't want to let the secret out, but if it weren't for Yelp I wouldn't have known about this hidden gem. On my first visit, I had an Iced Sienna Scoop (raspberry white mocha) with oat milk. This drink was good and not overly sweet which I prefer. The raspberry flavor was pretty prominent. On my second visit, I had the Iced Merrigold Latte (vanilla, cinnamon, honey, oat milk). The default milk for this beverage is oat milk, but you can of course sub it for a different one if you prefer. This drink was really good! It was a bit sweeter than the Sienna Scoop. Out of the two, I preferred this one. The staff was very friendly and did a great job of explaining the menu. They offered suggestions based on my flavor preferences. Both young ladies that assisted me were great! In addition to beverages, you can also purchase bags of roasted coffee. According to their site, they roast it to medium, however they do offer custom roasting. I love the loft feel. They have tables throughout the space on both floors and they have benches outside on the front patio. This is a great place to work or study as the tables are large and it was pretty quiet both times when I visited. They are attached to an art studio, and they offer classes. The artist sells her art work as well. They're open daily from 8a-4p. I'm so happy to see that they're open on Sundays as some of my favorite local spots are not, and I tend to frequent coffee shops on the weekends. This place is definitely worth the drive from Pearland!
