I am DONE with Dillys! They do not honor the prices that are posted at the drive thru. I was told the sign was 5 yrs old. I told her that wasn’t fair to the customers that they don’t honor the prices posted. She shrugged her shoulders. I told her i didn’t want the order and left. She was so unconcerned. Didn’t try to make it right. You know your sign is old!🤬

I used to come here ALL the time before Starbucks was even built. Breakfast tacos are the best in town. But their coffee however is a hit or miss.. the Vietnamese coffee used to be SOO good, but last time i had it it made my stomach do backflips :\\ plus their cups that they use are very flimsy imo.
Been eating here for years! Got a bacon egg and cheese croissant and there’s a gnat that’s in my sandwich. If i would have turned the sandwich slightly and but it, i would have eaten the bug. I work in food industry so i know sometimes these things can happen. I go back in, no apology or anything just “You want refund” a little disappointed in the response

I’ve worked in corporate America long enough to be something of a donut connoisseur. Dilly’s does it right! This place is so good! You can taste the freshness, and the ingredients are good. No weird filmy feeling on the glaze or nasty dye taste on sprinkle donuts. I’ve tried most of their offerings including the savory breakfast items. Everything is superb!

It seems like the quality has went down. Each time over went recently had been early morning 8/9 am. Everytime I’ve tried to go there recently (because it’s super close) it always tastes days old. Almost like recycled food.
I've been going to this place for years. I order the breakfast tacos each time. I placed my order today for 2 different types. I look in the bag and it's not listed on which is what. I tell the clerk how do I know what is what. Open it up. Problem #1. That's rude to say. So she takes it back and give it back a minute or two later. I get home. She still didn't label which was what. That's fine because I will never spend a penny at your establishment. Your off day cost you a customer. Just one that won't hurt you, but I have a right to post my experience.

I go to Dilly’s donuts almost every morning on my way out the door. The donuts are already amazing but today I decided to try their iced coffee. The vanilla white chocolate iced coffee is so delicious. I thought about going back to get a second one. I will be back tomorrow morning for my second dose.
The presentation of the donuts looked slapped together but the taste is there. They heat up breakfast sandwiches with plastic wrapped around them which is releasing chemicals into the food. Nice people, love the drive though option, dining-in is nice, but if they lack knowledge about heating food in plastic, I’m not sure what else could be overlooked
